Ok, so I've always thought of myself as a massive ME fanboy, but not until today did I realize how much it's affected my dreamscape.

You know you've been playing too much ME2 when you not only dream up the characters, but your dream actually takes you INTO the character point allocation screen to distribute points to squadmates. I had to give some points to Thane. 

The actual dream involved green mist, monsters, a friendly YMIR mech, Thane, Samara, and a dozen or so Shepards. I can't recall if I saw any Sheps from here, but I DO remember seeing a couple blonde Sheps. Then there was a babbling, insane yet docile Saren with whome Emily Wong had become friends with. 

...YEAH. ME2, you've become something of an addiction. So much that I'm having wild acid trips thanks to you.

My "canon" Madeline Shepard's "day off"

-Sleep in 'till 08:00 hours (instead of her usual 05:30 hours start time)
-Head down to the galley for Breakfest. Eat while visiting with the crew.
-Grab a cup of coffee and head back to her cabin
-Work out for 2 hours (plus a few laps around the cargo bay)
-Take a LONG, hot shower
-Spend a little time on the piano (her 1901 Stienway & Sons upright)
-Work on a poem or two...if the mood strikes her.
-cleaning and servicing her M5 pistol and her Mattock Assult Rifle. 
-try to get everyone to break away from what they are doing (even Garrus) for a group "dinner" and movie night
-Heads back to her cabin to go over duty assignments for tommorrow
-Turn in for the night.

# Out of everything she owns (or did own, if it went down with the Normandy or something similar) what is the object that your Shepard treasures the most?

There are actually 3 things that Maddy treasures most:

- Her mother's leather poetry folder containing all of her poems dating from 2128 (age 15) to her death in 2170. Madeline also keeps her own works of poetry in this folder.

- Her father's hand made tactical combat knife that he made for himself during his U.S. Marine Corp/ U.N. Ranger cobat training in 2129 (age 22) prior to his absorbtion in the Alliance military in 2148. Madeline has carried it since his death in 2170 and had it with her when she died in 2183. It survived re-entry and was recovered with Maddy's corpse later that year

- Her original Model1873 Colt SAA Revolver that her Grandfather gave her for her birthday at 14 (her father was to hold on to it until she was old enough). She used it on Mindor and still carries it in a "concealed" holster at the small of her back "just in case" as she puts it. It's a "cattleman" model (built in 1876) chambered for .45 "Long Colt" rounds with a 5.5" barrel, Blue finish barrel and cylinder, case hardened frame and has a maple "birds head" grip. She is also a very quick shot with it . Her Grandfather was a collector and a gunsmith/restorer. He restored this particular example for Madeline in 2164. To Maddy it's more of a "trade mark"...the old faithful hand gun that her grandfather gave her, she feels it connects her to him, her family and her past. Most heckle her for using  saying "how can you fight with that thing, you can only get one shot off at a time?"...to which she responds "I only need one shot..(cocky little half smile)"

After her death in 2183, her 1873 Colt was given to Garrus Vakarian.

Facts on Madeline Shepard:

*Prior to her reconstruction under the Lazarus Project, she suffered from color blindness in her left eye and minor nerve damage around it as a result of a knife wound sustained at the age of 16 during the Raid on Mindor, commonly referred to as the "Mindor Massacre" in 2170.

*Is a talented and classically trained Pianist, as was her mother. She received lessons until the age of 16 and continues to play frequently on her original 1901 Steinway Rosewood Model I upright, identical to the one on which her mother taught her ...one of the few memories from her childhood she holds dear. It took Madeline 4 years to locate another identical Model I Steinway.

*Has a small collection of antique firearms including an original 1851 Colt Navy Revolver, The Colt M1911 her Grandfather (7 times removed) carried during World War II and an original Thompson Model 1921AC.

*Carries a custom combat knife made for her by her father.

*Suffers from Dyslexia.

*is of Scottish -Irish-Italian decent.

*is an exceptional poker player and in her Alliance Academy days won several tournaments, one with total winnings in the amount of 250,000 credits.

*Is a fan of the original "Star Trek" series.

*By the age of 15, was trained in 6 forms Hand to Hand combat and 4 different forms of firearms training.

*Is a Yankee’s fan, but has never been to a game at Yankee Stadium.

*As a chiled, dreamed of being a galactic adventurer and explorer. On one of her childhood "explorations" to the loft in the family barn, she fell and broke her right arm at age 9.

*Loves to write Poetry, but has never shared any of her works with anyone other than her mother.

Another handy TexMod is the Tech Armor Recolour Pack I used that for Colleen as well. There are lots of colours to choose from I kept it simple and went with an Orange-Yellow tone that looks good with her very dark and drab N7 armour.



Plus you get a better look at the ammo power texmod I was talking about as you can see no big ammo icon just the holos on the side.

Yeah, those lines are why I love renegade femShep so much. And they're all perfect for Jih. 11 years in the Alliance and she still hasn't lost her rough edges.

I think at the moment the line that best captures my other renegade is: "A bullet in the head solves everything." It really shows how much she's lost herself from the end of ME1. She's back to being uber ruthless and dragging along everyone around her.

heh. as much as i love those lines, i just never see kyrie as saying them - mostly because she just doesn't see those people as remotely worth her time to insult. she's unfailingly polite unless truly roused to annoyance (turian councilor) not always out of genuine consideration for people, but because it's a clean, efficient way of dealing with unknown situations. I'm not sure if that makes her more or less paragrade ish

Thank you kindly! I'm glad you liked it!  I am actually in the process of writing a FanFic on Maddy and her life as we speak.  Her story will be told from 4 different POV's (Liara, Garrus, Kaidan and Miranda) through thoughts, memories, flashbacks, documents and audio/video files in the period after Madeline's death from 2183 to 2185 (Between ME and ME:2).

Day off - anything with Liara

Object - a small seashell that her father gave her when she was young on her first trip to a beach. She didn't get to spend much time with him as he was off serving elsewhere for much of her childhood. May not seem like much but she treasured it and the time she got to spend with him before he died.

One fact - her facial scar was the result of a childhood accident onboard a space station. While playing with some other kids, she wasn't looking where she was going and ran face first into a console. Nobody asked where it came from and assumed it was a battle scar. I like to think that she shares the truth with Liara at some point though.

Well, at the very least you could port her over to ME2 and get a face code to share that way. It might also take a lot of work, but it might be possible to reverse-enigneer her face from ME2 by going off of what sliders are where in the character creation screen and then take that info into ME1. There's no telling if it'll be exact, but it's worth a shot.

Something else that would be quite helpful, but is not necessary, is a savegame file on the Normandy just before Horizon, since I want to take my reference screenshots in the best and most consistent lighting possible.  if I have to I can just play through to that point.

There are only twelve slots available, so I doubt I'll be able to include everyone who wants to be there.  I will have to pick and choose, but if I don't include you it's not personal, it's just that, well, I can't include everyone.  Twelve is going to be tough enough to pull off.  It will be based on my own preferences in addition to who's available, I'll admit that straight up. Kathryn, Noah, Kyrie, and Teagan are givens of course, provided they want to participate.  I'm hoping to get Dia and JamieOTC's Shep (what is her name?!) in there as well.  Including Jessica already uses up more than half the list, so there's really only five slots available.  However if for some reason any of the above ladies don't appear, I'll need to replace them, naturally.

In each game, there are gonna be a lot of things that the writers made Shepard say that juuuust don't quite fit your Shepard. But by the same token, there has to be at least one line that stands out as if it were just written specifically for her. What were those lines for your 'canon' Shepard?

In ME1, almost every conversation had at least two fits.  In fact, I'm hard pressed to think of something that didn't fit, even though I know there are one or two that didn't quite sync.

I guess one of the more iconic ones I can think of off the top of my head is the: "I'd rather die than live as a slave."

In ME2, it was the opposite.  Not a lot fit, and mostly it was in situations or conversations that my Shep probably wouldn't have been in in the first place.

I guess in the very beginning, "I'm not doing this just so they can find our frozen corpses" fits her well enough.

A free day?  Hmm... I think Sam would spend it hanging out with Ken and Gabby down in engineering.  Or talking with Garrus about the good old days.  Or listening to Zaeed.  (She really finds him interesting.  He's seen so much).  Anything to keep her mind off what she lost.

Her most treasured possession is the dogtags of her childhood friend, James.  he died on Akuze with the rest of her squad, and she holds onto them in memory.  She was amazed when they were hanging inside the armor locker in the operating room she woke up in.

She really did love James, but never was able to tell him.  And then he died on Akuze.  That really killed her inside, and she was never really able to open up to anyone after, at least until Kaidan came around.

Heck yeah I want Teagan in it!  Eeeee, I'm excited you decided to give it a go.  I won't be following the layout of that photo, so there won't be any overlap as far as our finished products go.

I have Gibbed head morphs for most of the femsheps you listed, let me know if I can help out (edit - with their respective owner's permissions of course.  Also, 80 hours yikes!  I applaud your dedication.)
