@ ad: thanks. love the new avatar
Your quite welcome, honestly I don't know why BioWare includes the search function when it can't find anything. I suppose that's par for the course these days though. As for the avatar it's based on my much too cute Sentinel Colleen and drawn by a friend of mine.

She did an excellent job and all the real work, I just added in a background that looked nice.

Edit: Is there anywhere I can see the avatar in its full glory? If already posted in this thread, sowwy, I didn't see it.

Besides my Dragon Age profile?
Well the original image is on Schratty's DA page as for my avatar itself the high resolution version would be here at least for now.

I would think that there would be differences of opinon between a Paragon and Renegade FemShep, obviously. There would some arguments...and then one of them insults the other's friends/crew/LI and then the bullets/tech attacks/biotics start flying.
Although, who knows? Maybe they'd get along just as easily!

Depends on how renegade and paragon your combatants are, I assume.
And I've seen people play renegade characters who wouldn't care if you bad-mouthed their crew. Crew can just equal cannon-fodder. Not any of my Shepards, but I frequently have trouble being mean to my companions in an RPG.

In my mind, there's only one shep at the same time and the same place.
Two sheps sharing the same space-time reality ? A black hole eats the whole universe, reapers included....
That would be a no, I can't imagine that conversation

I imagine an extreme version would be reminiscent of Kirk vs. Picard. Paragon femShep would start talking about their differences and then Renegade femShep would kill her.

Question involving facial structure and all that jazz. I'm going to be remaking Alice when I get ME back. What kinds of eyes animate and express the most? Or does that all depend on the her entire face. At times, like the pic above, Alice will look fine.
Other times, Alice will get these wide eyed stares when she turns her head at a certain angle. Just a fault of the animations or is there a way to make it so she doesn't look all....I think "derpy" is the word I'm looking for.
On a side note, I always get goosebumps listening to Suicide Mission and Gathering Charges (Tali's battle theme. Also the theme in her character trailer), no matter what. Bioware, bravo on the soundtrack. And lucky me, Tali's recruitment mission is up next!)

Eyes 6, 7, and 8 (especially 8) tend to animate the best. 1 and 2 are almost identical and usually work well, but the lashes are really long for some wierd reason and clip easily. 5 can work in most faces. With all eyes, though, they are partially dependent on your Face Structure as well as your Brow Depth and Brow Height settings. I'd say 8 is probably the easiest set of eyes to fit into any given face (I used it for Jessica and it's the most common eye choice next to 7). 6 is very dependent on the Face Structure just for their appearance, they slant downward at the outside corner rather than upwards and can really look droopy or just wierd on some faces.

Your Shepard has a "free day". On this one day nothing else matters. There is absolutely nothing that she or any of her crew need to either worry about or be threatened by. Not the Collectors, not the Reapers, not Cerberus. This day is hers to do whatever she wants before having to go back to "business as usual". What would your Shepard spend that day doing?
If it’s post LotSB, then it would be a given that UJ would spend it w/ Liara. UJ would insist that Liara leave her work and Liara would decline stating that her work is too important. UJ would have foreseen that situation and brought food and wine for an elegant dinner later. Until then UJ would help Liara in whatever way she could. After dinner, the two would retire for the evening.
Out of everything she owns (or did own, if it went down with the Normandy or something similar) what is the object that your Shepard treasures the most.
She had a quilt on the Normandy SR1, but it was lost in the destruction of the ship. It had been in her mother’s family ever since 1844, just shy of 300 years. Re-stitched and reworked countless times, Shepard was finalizing her contribution to the legacy when the quilt was lost. (Quilting is one of UJ’s favorite hobbies, though she rarely has time to do it).
What is one fact (or more, if you're on a roll) about your Shepard that, in universe, no one else knows? It can be related to her past, her personality, whatever.
]While UJ gave up the harder drugs long ago, she still has pot smuggled onto the Normandy every once in a while. She still has the first roach clip she ever bought.
While publically she will scoff at looking “too” feminine in front of the crew (or nearly anyone else), UJ secretly loves the dress Kasumi gave her.
Who do you think secretly (or not so secretly) has a crush on your femshep in the ME universe? It could be obvious candidates like Liara and Kaidan, or it might be non-canon, secret admirers like Udina.
Liara is definitely in love w/ UJ and vice versa, but as far as a secret crush, it would be Garrus and she knows it (or suspects). It may even be more than a crush, but she hopes not. Garrus has been hurt enough and she would not want to add to his pain. Besides her heart belongs to Liara, although if anyone had a shot of pulling her away from her it would be Garrus.
Who does your femshep crush on (even if she'd never admit it)?
Miranda. A secret lust UJ will take to her grave.
Name?
Urania Jane. Urania is the Greek muse of astronomy and astrology and the middle name of a character I developed. Jane is the default name. Combined, Urania Jane, the name has a bit of a southern quality it, which fits the character. Over time I shortened it to UJ, which fits even more.

Thanks for the heads up, Sable. When I get back into the CC for Alice, I'll see how they look.

i would add that eyes 7 (the BIG ones) are, i think the most expressive since they have the widest range. shepard squints more often than she opens her eyes up really wide (well, at least with the dialog options i choose), so the big eyes can open really wide and narrow down pretty small. the smaller eyes don't have that same range, hence, i think they can look less expressive.
in looking at the ME2 faces sight, many of the top ranked faces are 6-8 for eyes. i do see a lot of 1 and 2 there as well
edit for a pic:

Shepard: Tali, what are you doing?
Tali: Taking a picture of you with my omnitool.
Shepard: We have about fifteen minutes to run through a gauntlet of geth and shut down this crazy Cerberus overlord thing and you're taking pictures?
Tali: *shrug* The lighting is pretty.

I got screenshots to work! Yeeeahboy! This is my brand, started-today character Damara Shepard! Damara was a Celtic goddess of fertility (giggidy) and considered protector of childhood innocence. It's also a Greek name meaning "gentle girl". I tried to make her obviously Gaelic/Celtic in appearance (very white, red hair, green eyes. Curse Bioware for not letting us have freckles) as well as kinda cutesy.

Very nice! I think there was a freckle option somewhere, on one of the facial structures. I think Alice has freckles...that or I'm seeing things or it's a trick of the light.
@ Sage:
And I could actually see Tali doing that as well. It's funny, she doesn't strike me for one to take photos, but now that you mention it, Tali WOULD seem like a shutterbug, for some reason.
