Delerius Jedi already answered that. I'm not going to repeat it. I'll post a mugshot of Avery instead.

Wow. That is one smexy mugshotI like how you worked the eye-nose-mouth ratio. Once the horror of finals has passed, I need to get back to work on Lia 2.0.

The moderators don't like page count posts that contain no content, as they've said it's not a contest and saying a number adds nothing to the thread and the conversation within.

I hope we see a big Collector's Edition for Mass Effect 3. Both ME and DA deserve that.
Something along the lines of this:

Sheploo will always be the one to show on the covers apparently.rynluna wrote...
Would it kill them to make a collector's edition alternate FemShep Mass Effect 3 cover? I think not.

First off, might I suggest a tip? I use MS Word to write posts too, sometimes, but I don't copy and paste directly into the forum. First, copy and paste into Notepad, then copy and paste into the forum. That way you don't get machine code barfed on the page.
I like the Twenty Sided Woman blog, and agree with most of what she says. I think her recent post you linked to is, in fact, supporting what I said a good forty pages or so back, though; that is, men and women do operate differently, hence the general lack of interest by games in the female half of the population. Boys' brains operate more on reflex and hand-eye coordination. As a related aside, over 60 percent of ADD/ADHD diagnoses and an even higher percentage of Ritalin prescriptions in children are boys, and most of them are misdiagnosed (I make my living dealing with nutrition and health so I see statistics like this all the time). t's not that they actually have those conditions, it's that they learn through physical/tactile interaction and girls at that age are more intellectual/emotional, and the public education classroom setting is a much more natural fit for girls than boys. This is just one instance where the homogenization of gender identity is demonstrably harmful to one gender or the other. Anywya, my point with that (related to the blog) is that video games by their very digital/graphical nature tend to play to that tactile/visual nature, hence video games have historically been a boys' activity.
This is why femShep is so successful and has made Mass Effect appeal to a more heavily female audience than a typical shooter (besides the obvious RPG influences, a genre which also tends to have more appeal to the female audience), because she almost entirely avoids stereotypes and pre-defined roles. She's presented as more than just her gender, or rather, her gender doesn't define her ability or role in the story. Every once in a while there's a little glitch with that, mostly related to what I mentioned before when I said that Shepard as a character is written by default as male (in my opinion).
It's kind of the same thing you see with animated films. Pixar blows everyone else out of the water. Why? Because they write script and film movies that appeal to everyone, regardless of age group; other studios still treat animation as a "kids' medium". Anything can be engineered for a specific demographic, or to be as broadly appealing as possible. There are advantages, and disadvantages, to doing either one.
I think there's a slight language barrier operating here. I'm feel like I might be missing your points, and that you're missing mine. That being said I don't believe we're actually disagreeing as much as it seems.

Priestly did ask what you'd like to see in an ME3 Über Edition awhile back. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd get an action figure, and if we did, it'd be Sheploo <_<
I did say I wanted a femShep action figure in it, though, but right now I'd just hope for a scale model of the Normandy.
Now THAT is something that's likely to actually happen.LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...
I'd love it if Jane Shepard were to grace the interior of the ME3 Collector's Edition packaging. Some sort of acknowledgement would be awesome.
