You use the TexMod program then load the .tpf file that ELE made, since there is no official modding support for Mass Effect you have to use work arounds and stuff like TexMod to do anything. It's a bit of a pain compared to Dragon Age which acutally has mod support but BioWare doesn't care.

In trying to redo Alice to my current specifications (from a Spacer/Sole Survivor to a Colonist/Ruthless) I was a bit worried about how her face would turn out, as I tried to recall how I made her little over a year ago in quick preperation for ME2.







How does she look in comparison to her first incarnaton?

She looks about the same, but her first incarnation looks more pale, as if she has fairer skin. Then again it could be the lighting.

I was going to go for the short cut as well. Seems like a cut a military brat would have. ;D Her long hair clips into her armor in ME2, and that sort of annoyed me.

And I think I might darken her hair a bit. Well, we'll see when I put her through ME a couple of times.

Ok, so about the same? Good! Saren, the geth (and Liara ) won't know what him 'im!

My Gwen Shepard has gone through several revisions, both in ME1 and ME2. Honestly, looking back, I don't hate any of them, but I am happy with her current face (although more control over the shape of her nose and eyes would make me really, really happy in ME3, Bioware...)

It's like my Fiona Teen. When I first made her she was a blond with blue eyes. Then I changed her to a blind with green eyes. Then I changed her to a red head with green eyes. Then I changed her eyes to brown and her hair to brunette, then I changed her to a dark red head with light brown eyes. That is her official look now.

This is pretty much why I'm about to be the owner of FOUR Mass Effect apparel. That's a lot, even for me. I've played WoW well over five years and only have one shirt to even aknowledge that I play the game. Y'know, there are t-shirts of characters and you're out there telling the world, "Hey, I like this character." But it's just different with FemShep. I *am* Shepard. I love putting on that striped hoodie because she's a part of me and even better is that the apparel is so simple that it could easily be a racing car shirt or something simple to those who don't know what Mass Effect is. Hell, it could be the name of a band. It doesn't scream GAMER NEEEERD as much. =p

I have the men's striped hoody, the men's N7 shirt, and am waiting on the women's striped shirt and renegade shirt to arrive in the mail (since they were just announced last week). I especially like wearing that N7 shirt if I'm out getting exercise -- just adds a little more oomph to the day.

BTW, I still plan on getting the female "Save the Nug" shirt to support dwarves. It was gone from the store when I made my order and the moderator made it sound like it was coming back. I wasn't really clear on his response so I just keep checking back. I don't want the men's shirt, even though it's on sale. =p

Yes.

But Miranda's loyalty mission has some really nice scenes for FemShep.
