I do find it interesting how much back story people create for their Shepard's. It's not something that really comes naturally to me; to think about why the character does what they do. I guess this stems from the fact that I only used to play JRPGs, where
all the characters are set in stone and you have no input (apart from
the name) in to the them at all. They acted how the designers
decided they should and you got shoved down a pre determined route until
the story was over, and whatever happened, that was it. You could play
it again but nothing would ever change.
I've spent quite a few hours trying to get the backstory for my Canon FemShep just right. I'm a bit of a perfectionist though. . .I have recently been thinking about who my Shapard is and have come up with a few bits and pieces but nothing substantial. Maybe it will come to me over time, who knows.
