My order varies depending on Shep I'm playing. I've done pretty much every order there is except that I always go Virmire last. I usually do Therum first tho since I'm Liara fan, but I also like doing it after feros and noveria sometimes just to get that hallucination scene from her. It's so cute.

Therum, Feros, Noveria, Virmmire...

Therum first for obvious reasons. Virmire last b/c after getting one of your crew members killed, the Normandy gets grounded and you're forced to go to the Citadel. That changes the pace of the story.

The first couple of questions there arn't best suited to be discussed in this thread.  But the Hammerhead I agree does still need some work. But what they did on the Overlord DLC is a vast improvement.

In terms of romancing Samara,  I'm not sure.  I never openly attempted to pursue it so im not sure how she turns you down.   But I guess it makes sense that she wont commit to romance because of the chance of another ardat-yakshi daughter.   I dont think she is one herself, but simply carries the gene that causes a genetic mutation which manifests in her offspring.

Well, we are not all women here though.

As for Samara. She can't be Ardat-Yakshi. Ardat-Yakshi can't have children and Samara has 3. She doesn't romance you because of her code, not because she's AY.

Edit: Removed stuff from my answer that might go way too much OT. Hammerhead part. Not quite sure I should have answered Samara question either tho.

According to the Mass Effect wiki entry here, the condition is more likely in children of purebloods, but it's not only restricted to them.  The article also gives a good reason why Samara can't be an Ardat-Yakshi, they're all sterile, and Samara would have surely noticed that her partners were brain damaged or dead before having three children (and Morinth's condition was discovered when she was 40, so Samara apparently had no suspicions before then).

I think Samara turns Shepard down simply because she feels that part of her life (romance, companionship) is over.  She also just had to kill her daughter, after chasing her for hundreds of years, and feeling guilty about her crimes.  She probably just isn't ready to move on yet.

but it wouldn't really do you any good unless you use a texmod as
well.... b/c honestly she's kinda ugly without the texmod and she has no
eyebrows. lmao

I'm a dude... and I don't like the hammerhead. Then again, I didn't really like the mako either. lol

Also, Samara isn't an Ardat-Yahkshi ... she doesn't sex up Shepard b/c of the Justicar code. It prohibits that, which I believe is one of the reasons why she became a Justicar... so she wouldn't have anymore AY daughters.

Also a dude, though am trying to finish ME1 with a lvl 51-60 character before playing ME2 so I haven't tried the Hammerhead yet. From what I've read, it doesn't have shields which is a bad thing, even if it has "autorepair" of some sort.

I do like the Mako. Not to the point where I start making my own engine noises like a kid would, though. Close, but not quite.

Lise thanks you. She does ruthlessness very well. That's what I tried to do anyway when I designed her looks.

I think in addition to what TZ just said here that it's also because Samara feels she must atone for what she "unleashed" on the galaxy with her three children. She's very penintent, and has given up everything to not only stop Morinth, but to also bring justice to others. Her other two daughters cannot live around people, ever, for fear of their condition overtaking them. I think she feels that since they are denied of living like real people, of loving, that she too must forsake anything more in her life.

@Surely (from yesterday): I agree that the hairstyle does make you feel like you'd mess with it. Tucking it behind the ears. Raking the fingers through it. My own hair is actually similar in length and style, and I know that I mess with my hair all the time unless I pull it back in a very short ponytail.

I'm pretty sure Cam would enjoy the Hammerhead much more than the Mako. She's probably the worst Mako driver out there. Most of the time, the Mako ends up flipped, the crew ends up upside-down, with Cam unleashing a string of curses that would make a batarian slaver blush.



It took me about 5 times (on casual) to defeat the threasher maw for the Cerberus side-quests, a feat that normally takes me only one try.

Dont worry im the same,  I really want to share my sheps a bit more but I cant seem to get any good snaps.   However I can get my hands on a 10megapix cam in the next few days (instead of my crummy 3)  So I will attempt a few then. 


I once promised (around page 50-100) that when I posted some pics they would be more epic then this  I will fulfill that promise at some point! lol


Oh and at first glance in the second to last pic fiery I thought Liara was holding a golf club! haha
