I think most of my Sheps would love to see Thessia. With certain asari maiden as their guide of course. Few of them would want to see earth since only 2 of them have ever been there. As do I, but I'm not the one who decides where to go. Shepard is. :D

"Where will you be, when all this is through? When all goes as planned, will you be in my life again?"

I may be getting some of the lyrics off a little, but Faunts pt 2 is fitting for the ending credits for Mass Effect. It's a catchy song, its techno and the beat fits the action and plot of Mass Effect...well in my opinon.

"And I need you to recover, because I can't make in on my own..." :P That makes me think of Cam. Always the people person, putting the needs of other before her own.

Which is an irony I like, because, as a Spectre, her needs are often put before others in the sake of galactic stability.

I think it works better to have Saren suicide. I didn't even know you had to fight him till my sister's ex insisted on seeing how it went. I did not like it as a story choice.

i recently finished my canon ME1 femshep playthrough, and i have to say - femshep never really "clicked" for me until this time. i'd done a throwaway 'what if' femshep playthrough once in ME1 and once (non-import) in ME2 (just to see some of what i was missing), but never really committed to making a good solid character.

now, having played a femshep that i've identified with, she feels just as real and legitimate as my canon maleshep. it's pretty amazing, but i found myself rooting for her just as much - and i normally don't ever play female characters in games!

i posted her in the "post your sheps" thread, but i guess i'll add a picture here too. :)

haven't imported her into ME2 yet, so no facecode. :P

Who wouldn't want to visit the homeworld of the oldest living star-faring race?

I'm quite sure that most Sheps would have visited to Earth at least once.

As for Saren, all the FemShep's I've had were able to convince Saren to kill himself. It's amazing how charming a pretty girl with a gun can be!

I love M4 Part II, too, Sky. There's a nice tribute to ME on youtube with that song.

If your FemShep(s) could go anywhere in ME3, where would they/she go?
Tess wants to find Hannah Shepard and give her a big hug, then have a long mother-daughter weekend.  Tess feels safe with her mom, and she hasn't felt safe in a very long time.

Sadie, Liz, Jennie, and Delta would like to track down a certain Alliance lieutenant Staff Commander and have a glorious and passionate reconciliation.  Well, Liz will probably irrationally yell at him for quite some time first.

Evie... yikes, I don't know what she'd want to do.  Evie is my borderline psychopath Shepard, and I don't understand her motivations a lot of the time.  She probably just wants to be left alone (well, alone with Garrus); the location doesn't matter.

Kate would like to go visit the memorial at Akuze.  Like I said, she's never really gotten over it.  She'd like to go leave some flowers there for her fiance.

Yeah, I have a lot of FemSheps... and I really do love them all.

When given the choice, did your Shepard try to redeem Saren at the last minute or did finish him off the old fashioned way with a good old gunfight? To me, fighting Saren seems to fit the story a bit better than having him off himself. Thoughs?

Whenever I can, I talk him into killing himself (for the Renegade/Paragon points, from a metagaming perspective).  Liz and Kate were too impatient and filled with adrenaline.  They talked for a minute before getting frustrated and deciding to let bullets do the talking.

I love it,  I play it when I need a cheer up once in a while because it reminds me of good times

But it was such a fitting song as it crossed music genres too. It fitted into my style of prog music so as soon as I heard it I wanted to download it instantly!   But its unlike anything else the Faunts have written which is weird.

hmmm according to my last.fm account I only listened to it 21 times.  That cant be right, better bump it up my list to a deserved place! <3

It makes me feel melancholic for the same reason. Image IPB

But it really fits in with ME1 - I always get goosebumps when the song starts after you see that final shot of Shepard. Beautiful. Image IPB

Image IPB Thanks for sharing that, Chig. If I had some decent technical skills, I'd be trying to make a vid like that myself. Sadly, I don't. All I can do is take pics of my television, like your erryday nerd.

It depends.
Jane just fought him twice, she let her shotgun talk for her.
Jen had a plan from the begining. She said the right things and he shot himself.

awww, not a song to listen to when feeling a little blue then :(    But I understand why,  I feel the same when I think of Illos and Vigil.

When I did my last perfectionist playthrough (which still takes 50hrs even when you know everything) It still got me!  I think its the time you spend with femshep, after such a long period over many days and weeks you grow attached to your charecter.  Plus it brings back memories of all your other playthroughs.  But I think more importantly you think back to the times when you last sat through the ME Credits and end scene and it brings up past memories of your life.

Ahhh things seemed so much simpler in 2007...

I created my second femShep ever. No matter what I do, she always looks a lot like the default. Not as much as my first femShep but still. Do you guys all mod your characters or why is it that they all look a lot better than anything I create??! Do I suck so much at this? :crying:

I don't think she looks overly like the default. it's hard to get TOO original, though. the eye shape is nice. i like the "cute" cut you have, though i could never get used to the way the hair meets the head. it always seemed a little abrupt to me, but i think that was mostly the blonde. but the texture on it in ME2 is awesome.

and not all of us mod. i didn't mod my shep one bit - well, i turned down the intensity of the EXTREME blush when i imported her into ME2, but that was it. i think a lot of it is obsession and time. lol. i spent a long time in the CC. again, i think mass effect 2 faces is very helpful, because it sort of lets you see how people constructed faces and what your favorite ones all have in common (features or sliders).

Question: When you went to build your shep, what was the FIRST thing you settled on and what was the LAST thing you settled on? Did you pick nose and go from there? Eyes first?

I picked face shape first, then got the jaw and chin all lined up second. The last thing I set was eye height. I went back and forth forever on that. Second to last was which eyes to use. I built all my previous sheps the other way round: eyes first, shape last, but canon Kyrie reversed all that.

My Shepard always convinces Saren to commit suicide. I should stress that this is not for her own sake, but for Saren himself. By providing him with that brief period of lucidity, she allows Saren to redeem himself to a certain extent, and come to the realisation of the tragic nature of his downfall. In that respect, she's granting him the final chance to atone for his actions, and die as himself and with dignity.

Fiona(my main Shepard did tell Saren to commit suicide. As much as she hates him, she knew there was still some of him in there that did not approve with what was happening, and she was right.

I agree with you that her short hair looks better that the longer hair. At times, though, it'll glitch towards the back of the head, and patches of her scalp with show through, like at the final battle vs Saren and the Avatar.

Augh, taking pics with a camera is a doosy. Trying to time when a good shot will arrive is hard work.I envy those with quick relfexes. :P

Mikha's reaction to getting promoted for dying, but then getting demoted when they found out she was alive. (interesting little storylines in my head)

You know what I have never fought Saren at the end.  Every time I convinced him to put a bullet in his head.

I mean how amazing is shepard if she can convince an indoctrinated spectre to kill himself!

Plus with it being paragon you know your still making the right decision

ahhh Saren, how I miss thee.  You were truely a worthy enemy!   Unlike cheesey Harbinger

Facial structure was first for me, as it helps me determine what she's look like as a whole. Scars were the last thing to pick out. I didn't want a really out there scar, just little noticible things. She's got on on her lip as well as on one her left brow.

I'm not quite sure which facestyle Cam is at the current moment. She was...I think...two clicks from the right...so Face style 8 or 7.

I mainly do the face shape and the skin tone first. Then the scar and hair and make-up last.

No, it really isn't. Image IPB

I agree - Noah was the first Shepard with whom I played through both ME1 and ME2 doing every little mission and I really grew attached to her and her story.

You're welcome, Sky! I think that happens with nearly every hair option. I've had clipping issues with three or four so far. Image IPB

Face shape first then eyes, brows, nose and mouth. I think I decided last on the hair and make-up.

True, and I've recently done both options, and I can see the validity in each option as it adds to Cam's (or any other Shepard's) storyline as a whole.

Now comes the option of weather or not to let him kill himself in this last playthrough. Lv. 60 is about to be my b!tch, then it's onto ME2 with a full bonus Cam!

Can't wait to tear the Collectors a new one.

Hair first for me. I've found that it can really change the look of a face if I choose it later in the process so I like to choose it first and then build a face to fit. 2nd would be face shape. Then nose, mouth and eyes.
