Jennifer has scar from knife that goes through her left eyebrow and on her upper lip. She got that one in Torfan when there was no room for fire fight and hand to hand was only way to clear the room. One Batarian managed to get close enough and cut her face with the knife. Batarian in question...Well he propably would have wished he'd been shot, instead of what Jennifer did to him. She was very different person back then.

As for the colonist Shep getting in the artillery strike. In Jennifer's case and also in my Jane's (My canon shep) I wrote the artillery strike happening because Shep and her parents were putting up way too much resistance and they were holding up the slave taking. That's why they ordered the artillery strike. In both cases atleast one of my Sheps parents were ex military.

<_< crowds of husks render heavy weapons moot. there, we need the weapon of mass destruction. e.g, a cain or a vanguard. however, the arc projector DOES indeed stun them. this is good news for the IFF quest later. is sort of sad. i took on the praetorian in insanity with a pistol. but five or more husks and i need to break out the arc projector.

You know, I completed the game on insanity with Indra, an Adept, and I had a surprisingly easy time using only a heavy pistol and throw. It was a matter of putting in one to two shots per husk to remove their armor, then throw..... wash-rinse-repeat. I had Thane and Grunt situated behind me as back up. Of courste the Arc Projector is always a good thing to carry around. What surprised me about the Adept class is how easy the last missions were when I expected them to be so much harder, considering.

interesting point.

i remember seeing a few blonde cheerleader-like sheps over on the "share your shep" thread who were renegade. but of the ones i've seen here: teen's, sapphy's, gilsa's and my own - oh, and MDK's (am I forgetting anyone? oh, ELE's rose) - yeah, i think they're all paragons. dunno if that's putting the steorotypically "fair" hair with the "fair" personality or what. for me, it's just that i often play a blonde and while kyrie's gotten more renegade each playthrough, she really does fight to keep herself from going over to the renegade side.

Posted Image

Sometimes she has this sad expression in flycam when she thinks no one is looking. I can't tell if it's from being denied renegade interrupts or just missing her Kaidan.

Tris has always been a blonde. And there are two versions of her -- paragon (mostly anyway...there are some renegade prompts I just can't resist!) and renegade.

yeah, iirc, shep says during that convo that her parents were fighting back against the slavers. seems logical, frontier colonists wouldn't just lie down/surrender to slavers, they'd all fight back. my guess is they had a contingency/emergency plan in place, and executed it when the worst happened. they must have been pretty effective at stopping the slavers, too, for the batarians to call their ship in for a bombardment.

That requires editing of the coalesced.ini file which can only be done on the PC, the extent of "modding" on the 360 is the gibbed save editor.

hmmm... yeah, paragon/renegade can be a helpful metric, but looking at the profiles on so many sheps, I think the folks who deeply RP the game take it much further than that. there are many different shades of paragon/paragrade/renegon/renegade. some people do renegade things for quite noble reasons (killing the rachni/geth, etc. is the safest route) and others do their paragon actions for purely selfish reasons.

i just appreciate that either paragon or renegade can be badass. and i like that ME2 gives you renegade points for being a smart mouth. kyrie picks up a lot of renegade points that way and its very funny. this playthrough is seriously the longest time she's had her scars. they are taking their sweet time to heal

Noah started out as a full Paragon but with each new playthrough she become more of a Renegade. Has this happened with anyone else's Shepard? Maybe even the other way around?

Danielle was a bit more Renegade than she is now, but I felt like it didn't fit very well with the character. She just came across as much too mean and much too callous. Even Renegades have to have morals and things they're trying to accomplish beyond just picking the lower right option for everything and shooting everybody she meets.

In my first playthrough with Kate she was mostly a full paragon although she did take a few of the renegade interupts.  In my current playthrough however after having been crawling around in her mind for the last several months writing about her I find myself taking more of the renegade options because they fit her personality more.

Meghan's a Paragrade, leaning toward neutral:  (At least after I get that fight with Jack and Miranda settled)

QFT.  Ella motivations are definitely paragon, as she has a rather desperate need to try and save everyone, but the level of anger and desperation involved means she's perfectly willing to go to extreme (potentially fatal) lengths to accomplish this.  Which is perhaps a bit of a paradox, but she's a little screwed up.  (And of course, the saving does not apply to batarians.  She shoots them and lets them bleed out painfully, when applicable.)

Catherine, on the other hand, knows how to say the right thing, and will do the right thing if it's not too much trouble, but when push comes to shove will let people die if it doesn't help her out.  After Akuze she blocked off all real ability to care/connect with individuals.  So, while much more charming than Ella, she's not nearly as good a choice to watch your back if you're in trouble, even w/the smaller body count and lack of a temper.

Between them, they are actually a very good illustration of the difference between good and nice.  (I love Into the Woods.  As a side note.  Great song.)

I wish that you could give smart ass answers without getting renegade points and that the renegade / paragon points were more for actual plot decisions that you make.

For example, you wake up in the lab most likely in pain, confused about wtf is going on and worried about the SR1’s crew etc… and you’re supposed to be polite and cheerful especially when they tell you Cerberus is involved?

QFT.

Cam's a paragade...she's a people person: trying her hardest to make sure that others who need her aid get that aid. When she and her friends/crew are threated, lied to or hurt? The biotics/pistol/asault rifle come out. Posted Image

For instance, when the asari diplomacy quest was finished, Cam was very to the point, blunt and renegade with her responses, calling out the late Dahlia Dantius for being  slaver, and sneering at Nassana for thinking simple credits could win her over.

Same goes for the druggie diplomant near Flux. Cam reallly didn't have the patience for some random guy off the street telling her to get some 'mental stimulant' for him so he could go and get high. She doesn't like to see people addicted to drugs, and it bugs her when they get so dependent on it that it controls thier life, but it suprised me (and her a little) at her berating of Elias Keeler.

I have 3 blonde FemSheps: Jennie, Liz, and Delta.

Posted Image

Liz, my Adept.  I don't think people usually classify this hair color as blonde, but it definitely seems like a dark honey blonde to me.  I'm not sure if I'd call her a Paragade or a Renegon, but Liz can be downright scary at times.

Posted Image

Jennie (in the same pose as the Liz pic, I think).  I guess she's a "Barbie doll Shep", and she's very Paragon.  Jennie is a total sweetheart.  I originally made her thinking she would be destined for a Joker romance (WHEN it happens in ME3... ::slightly threatening glances in Bioware's direction::), but she just ended up being too darn sweet.  In my long FemShep diatribe yesterday, I mentioned that Jennie would be the person holding up traffic while she helps a turtle cross the highway.

Jennie's a vanguard, though.  I like how her combat style is the exact opposite of her personality.  She's sweet and mild-mannered, but on the battlefield she will viciously charge into your face and blow your head off with her Eviscerator.

Posted Image

Then there's Delta.  She's a Paragon, except for the occasional bit of smartass.

My blonde Shep is a Paragade. Constance basically has the same attitude as Garrus. Criminals and bad people get shot, but help and protect the innocent.  She's a Vanguard as well, so she's not afraid to leap into combat and kick some ass.  I'd say aside from Moira, Constance is the most brutal of my Sheps.

She had scars in ME1, which she got from surviving Akuze.
