Why do I feel like I just accidentally clicked on the femshep roleplay thread?

xD Just a little good-natured fun, ELE.

Wow, ELE. She's gorgeous. Though, really, I'm not surprised at all. xD

Also, I'm still keeping the canon Calla-left-him-on-Virmire in mind. I just... really need him with me to fight geth, rofl.

All funnies aside, does anyone have a...flawed game? Like, you failed some persuasions and some weren't able to make it out of the suicide mission?

Miranda and Tali were the "only" casualties of the suicide mission in my canon run. Miranda was "disloyal" and Tali was "loyal."

I kind of totally blew the whole "loyalty" thing in Miranda's case. I sided with Jack in the hope that Miranda would be the bigger woman and step down. Unfortunately, this game is just so insanely robotic in the way it governs interactions between characters sometimes. I had to suspend my disbelief in order to accept the scripted, dead-end logic that enforced Shepard's unflinching resolve to settle for the injured party's constant dismissals. I was miffed to say the least.

In the end, Tali died as a consequence of Miranda's "disloyalty" (a single, solitary rocket was bestowed upon her brow ... forehead .. faceplate ... "whatever"). The whole ordeal was so very perplexing and fraught with conspiracy! Does this count as having a flawed game?

Going off on another subject entirely, may I just say that I love seeing femsheps in battle? I mean, sure, Sheploo gets to look all manly and yay for him. That's great.

But there is something about seeing a lady take on hordes of baddies with her favorite guns and skills that is just EPIC.

^ This was my fave game moment so far. Taking down that stupid praetorian with biotics and a PISTOL. Mostly alone, as Miri and Grunt spent most of the time dead.

What's your favorite femshep fighting moment?

edit: i sort of expect a lot of LotSB fans...

Miranda....yeah, I didn't know what to expect from the argument when I first went into it, but, for story purposes, I would agree with you there. There's been some discussion about that argument over in the Miranda thread...or the Jack thread. I can't remember which.

I've never seen "bestowed" used in that context. It made me laugh out loud, my good sir.

And yes, I would think that counts as a 'flawed' game, perhaps my choice of words was...inadequate. xD

There was a moment with Calla when I was playing her first run on the 360. I was really bad at Charge for most of the game. I didn't really use it. Ever. But at the very end with Tali in the pipe and a Harbinger-possessed Collector in the way, she warped him, charged him, and he got a shotgun to the cranium. She ran right past him as he dissolved and hit the switch. It was glorious.

I would agree with the LotSB sentiment, but since I only have a bare-bones ME2...

No, actually, LotSB holds a special place in my heart, even though it's only cutscenes and I don't have it. To see Shep really take on opponent head on like Vasir and the Shadow Broker, in cutscenes, really appealed to me.

I do wish that we have class specific cutscenes in ME3. Biotic Sheps.....Image IPB

The skirmish with that praetorian in particular was easily the most memorable for me, sagequeen.

Flashback!

Miri and Mordin were my backup singers during that performance firefight. They chattered incessantly and died frequently. Amazingly, I cleared the area during my first attempt. I say "amazingly" because I spent most of the time in the wrong place (out in the open) with a thicket of red veins obscuring my view. It was like hacking through dense foliage while dodging heavy fire from the natives; not that I've either hacked dense foliage or dodged heavy fire from natives of any sort. Regardless, it was all very harrowing and I was glad when it was over. I might have even pulled the trigger a few times.

this is where if they did a multiplayer version of ME3, i hope it's LAN/internet co-op and i can make my own custom shep. 'cause if so, that would be frickin' awesome to have a bunch of these femsheps running around fighting together.

Noah: So, when we're done here, who wants to come shoot some mercs with me?
Maddie: Mercs? What have they done?
Noah: Does it matter?
Kyrie: Umm... Yes?
Noah: *rolls eyes*
Teagan: I'm there. Just gimmie a moment to change.
Kallen: Sounds...perfect.
Kathryn: Darn, I have a date with Liara tonight. Can't make it. So sorry.
Kallen: D*mn, I forgot. I have a date with Miranda. Hmm... Maybe I can convince her to come with? Miri, what do you say? Mercs first, dinner later?

and...and... I don't know Jessica and holly well enough to know what she'd say to that.
or what the other sheps who aren't in this pic would say to that. someone else will have to supply dialog there

This was great Sage!  Again, your talents with the pen shine.

..And I'm honored that you feel as if you "understand" Maddy enough to write for her.  I know, it just one short line, but still..pretty cool

I think I'd be classified as a monsiuer, Wylde. :P

But no harm done, it's easy to make that mistake with all the women on the thread.....talented, artistic women, I might add.

Back to Noveria!

Edit: Perfomance and backup singers? Oh, Wylde. xD

The LotSB is for good reason.  Bioware must have tweaked the AI between January and now because the enemies feel... Smarter now?
I would have to say steamrolling those mercs on Grunt's recruitment mission was awesome.  The first (and only) time I've ever used charge to any effect.  And it felt GOOD.  :P

my fave femshep battle moment: Garrus's recruitment mission. nothing like fighting through THREE merc bands and killing every single one of them. especially the part where one stays behind with Garrus I like to imagine that whoever went with Shep got to have fun and likes them more.
