Just finished Overlord with Moira. I really enjoyed the ending scene. Her reaction to what Archer did to David was visceral. She's Earthborn, so she's never had a family of her own. Watching families suffer strikes a cord with her.

Personally, the end scene always makes me tear up a little.  I just feel so terrible for David.

Moira: "Ah crap, how did I end up in the ENCOM mainframe?"

Moira: "Believe me, if I thought you were worth the bullet you'd be dead on the floor."

Yeah, I'm glad I got this one done after Jack's and Miranda's fight. I can now renegade with impunity. Or at least within Meghan's character.

... words cannot accurately describe the awesomeness that is Massbook.

And curse the evils of Femshep. I keep coming up with different ideas for a new one! Manshep will never see the light of day again at this rate!

Personally, I've never played a Femshep..... Its just not me.

But some of you people on here have really done some INCREDIBLE facework/photography (If thats the word for it). I mean WOW - seriously amazing. I am talking about professional grade in game avatars that just STOP you dead in your tracks.

Bravo - and keep the screenies coming!

You don't have to play FemShep to appreciate her awesomeness.  It just helps.

I was finally able to play some Mass Effect again when I was home for Thanksgiving and I finally managed to play Shadow Broker. I have to say, it was my favorite DLC so far. Even though my Shepard didn't romance Liara, I really liked the scenes with the two of them. Jennifer Hale did a very good job of getting emotions across, especially when talking about how she feels about the whole debacle. <3 So wonderful!

Well, I came here because I just cannot see me ever playing a femshep.  *Off Topic*  I play WoW too, and cannot play female characters there either.  So, I get to come here, and see what other people have done.

Although I am not an Artist, I can still appreciate art - and thats what this thread is.

@JaneShepard:  I really, really like Mikaela!  Very nice.  She reminds me a little bit of my Tess, but that might just be the dark hair/blue eyes combo:

So. Quiet for the femshep thread. Meet Ella, now available thanks to Shenzi. :)

She didn't like Miranda at first.

Or TIM. But she had to listen to him, which made her sad.

I don't even think I can do a femshep once - thats just me. But I really like seeing what people put up here. There is a LOT of talent displayed here.

Its funny how some of us simply do not like or cannot play avatars of a different sex. I wonder what the psychology of that is.... but I get off topic.

This thread is truly amazing.

I prefer playing female characters. FemShep is by far one of my favorite female heroines of all time.

However, I have no problem playing male characters, so long as I can develop a proper personality for them. They tend to be a bit sexist and over-the-top, mind you, but I have fun with them. (Sir Benton the Bold is by far one of my favorites. He had certain opinions about what pretty women in taverns were though...)

Anyways, Tonymac, we really do appreciate your support even if you don't play femShep. :)

Its funny that I cannot play a FemShep, yet totally support this thread in all of its lovely essence.

Even if I could play a FemShep, I'd still have to stick to all of my old romances - and thats just not right. We have to keep this rated G after all, right.

I've played male characters as well. In fact, the canon-Exile-in-my-head from KotOR 2 is male. I liked Brianna's character arc better than Disciple's, and they never actually did anything w/Atton... *shrugs* Stupid unfinished game. (My KotOR canon is definitely female though. Bastila/sister + Carth/romance are both spectacular relationships.)

FemShep's definitely one of the best female options I've ever come across, though. I love a good female character who actually wears normal clothes and shoes and can do stuff. One of many reasons I like BioWare. They do decent female characters. (Not just the PC, either. Female NPCs are also better than average.)

Thank you so much for your support!  I can respect why people like what they like, so it's no problem with me if you prefer ManShep.  I have trouble playing male characters.  It's difficult for me to relate to them, being a female myself.  With FemShep, I feel like I can make her my own.  She's very empowering, tough and beautiful.  Which is why I have a total of 6 of them.  One for each class.

I'm the same way, except with female characters.  If there is the option of playing as a female, I have no desire to play a male character at all...I've run through the origins in DA:O with male characters, but actually get much farther than that just doesn't happen.  When I play RPGs, I like to create backstories for my characters, and I identify with female characters much more than I do with guys.  I enjoy watching/reading about male characters, but if it's a game where I can create a character, and take on that role, then I *have* to be a woman.

So yeah, I don't blame guys for feeling the same way about playing as female.  And I have no problem with MaleShep, or his voice.  I just know myself, and know what I'll enjoy.  Hehe, I have theories about what the psychology of that is, at least when it comes to *me*...but I'll spare everyone.

It's very cool to see MaleShep player support in this thread, thanks!  =D
