[Christmas Ape]

I like Kelly, likely sleeper agent or no . I find her adorably sane compared to the rest of your associates, and even the bulk of my far-too-professional-for-a-shipboard-relationship Shepards appreciate the human contact of flirting with her, whether or not they intend to pursue it any further. It's like Mordin's favorite nephew, a little reminder of why it's worth it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't she the onboard Psychiatrist, controlling mental stability among the Crew?
Then Shepard would also have to be one of her Patients. You see, AFAIK Doctor / Therapist and Patient should not have a relationship (even friendship can lead to errors) as long as the treatment continues. For Psychiatrists that extends to a lifelong 'relationship ban'.
So Shepard and Kelly flirting around would be against the 'rules'. Unless Shepard stands above mental evaluation and Kelly is merely her/his secretary.

Don't wish to spoil anyone's flirt-fun, but that'show I see it.

You're mostly right, but.
Mental health evaluations are her unofficial role aboard ship, and even those are primarily observational in nature. It's not as if Shepard spends an hour on the couch talking about her anxiety over the mission. It's no more a doctor/patient relationship than asking a medically trained friend at a party about some supplement or treatment you've heard of.
And if that doesn't work for you, her early observations of Shepard suggest a growing sense of isolation, given her 'rebirth' in the arms of Cerberus and the general cold shoulder from the Council and Alliance, coupled with understandable combat weariness and an unexpressed anxiety over the enormity of her task. Light interpersonal exchanges are deemed the most effective strategy to crack that Marine shell and let her breathe again.

Well, sure, that's a given. But someone gutted Bioware's soul with the sharp edges of a big cheque and now look where we are, reliant on the mod community to make our dreams come true*.

Kelly remains as Yeoman Chambers on my canon playthroughs because my shep does not want to be psychoanalyzed or have TIM knowing her personal business. So when I found out that I had to resort to taking Kelly out to dinner just to keep the fishes fed, I decided screw it, no more fishes on any of my playthroughs. EDI should be doing the automatic feedings for me, dammit. =p

Intentional? Depends on which kind of enlightenment you mean. I was thinking of "the Enlightenment" (hist./phil.).

You could use a save-editor to make F-Shep to M-Shep in conversation-gender-detection but that isn't really working since Bioware forgot to record a few lines of dialogue (subs exist though) and make the proper animations or s.th..
And since proper modding is - to my knowledge - still impossible me Shepard spends her ME2 nights alone and lonely, Dreaming of Tali.:wub:Longing for her pouncing.

I've calmed down...somewhat.
I have never heard Jennifer Hale voice Shepard saying this part when the audio was playing:

"They gave everything to get us here.  It's up to us to make it mean something to do them justice."

Is this from a cut Fight for the Lost FemShep version of the trailer???!!

It's from the suicide mission, if you make it to the last stage and you've lost people.

Kudos to the cosplayers for those costumes - they look great
