Moira is my only Shep that has strayed from her ME1 love interest. This is a roleplaying decision, though. After reuniting with Kaidan on Horizon, she basically believes their relationship is over. I'm in the process of writing a fanfic that explains this and why she ends up with Garrus in the end.

Trista still holds onto the hope she and Kaidan can get back together, especially after the email. Constance adores Liara, so no chance of her even looking at anyone else.

As for Garrusmancing:

It kinda bothers me that we never found out "how things went" the night before the Omega 4 Relay.  They could have at least put a little line in there acknowledging it happened.

As I said to Fort before, that is ocmplete bs. If bioware wanted liara to talk abotu other li, she should have mentinoed the two of the first three, the two that get ignored by Bioware, but noooooooooooooooooooooooo <_<

Yeah, well apparently Kaidan and Ashley fans are not allowed to care about their chosen LI as much as the ME2 LIs or Liara.  That one thing about LotSB really smarted.

Horizon felt more like a f u from Bioware and Illuim felt like a slap in the face, LotSB was like a hug from Bioware.

Yeah.  As I've said before, I really don't blame people who liked Kaidan in the first game but found another LI more appealing in the second.  Now it's up to Bioware to either make it up to loyal VS fans, or just let us know we're wasting our time waiting for something that isn't coming.

Even Gwen knows that something important was missing from Liara's visit, look how sad she is:

When I created Moira, I wanted her to stand apart from my other FemSheps a bit.  I typically like to play the nice guy, so all my other FemSheps are Paragons/Paragades.  Moira is a Renegon, with a very cold and ruthless manner.  She's also had a tough life growing up on Earth.  I imagine her as being a flawed individual, especially when dealing with relationships.  I won't go into more detail since a lot of it is in the fic, but her reaction to Horizon is fairly knee-jerk and visceral.

If I play Fiona and Jessica, I fricken love ME2 when I play Bastila or Josh, it just feels meh, and the reason is this, I have nothing to look forward too. With Fiona, I have LotSB to look forward too and to see these two get back together, thus the wait is worth it, but with Bastila, I don't have anything to look forward too really, all I get with her is a hug, getting yelled at and a photo :/

This. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore LotSB but no ackowledgement for Ash and Kaidan - again, I might add - really twisted the knife.

I completely agree. I mean, you could even get a confrontation scene between Shep, Liara and Kaidan or Ash. And yet she doesn't mention them as a LI option in LotSB? It doesn't make sense.

My problem was that, even if the writers have decided that Horizon is a canonical breakup (which really, really sucks for those of us who had no intention of touching a new LI), they could have at least given Kaidan/Ashley faithful characters another response to Liara's question that acknowledged that they had *something* to care about, other than humanity at large, which is a nice sentiment, but rather vague and not very personal. We just have that portion of the dialogue taken away, as though the writers thought that nobody would be playing LotSB as a Kaidan/Ashley faithful character.



Ugh. I honestly went into ME2 knowing that I might like another LI better, but none of them compared to Kaidan, in my eyes. And now, knowing that I'm practically being forced to choose someone else, it's a matter of principle to not get the Paramour achievement until I know what role Kaidan will have in ME3.
