 REALLY late to the party on this one, but in Mass Effect: Ascension, they get into great detail about the Flotilla and their need for sterility.  Tali saying that the ship isn't clean and needs decontamination is as much an aspect of civility and respect as it is a necessity.  It is almost certain that Shepard and her squad were decontaminated as well prior to entering the Rayya.  And as for the whole 'breather mask' thing, it's ridiculous.  But awesome.

Yes, I do.  But they ARE one of the options.  I didn't use the save editor for them.

helmets and armor - I haven't tried to mod the breather yet, but it does look cool.  As for the other squadmates and their armor (or lack thereof) it looks stupid and cheap.  It's stupid to have Shep running around in full armor when Jack is practically naked.  It also looks cheap as if BW just didn't want to put the resources into squad armor.  Unfortunately, it looks like the same thing is going to happen in DA:2.

UJ would have Liara up to her cabin for a meal.  She would send out for something special.  They would set a ground rule to talk about everything, but work.  After dinner, they would spend the rest of the evening in bed, talking and ... whatever.

Urania Jane.  That's my main Shep's name.  Using gibbed save editor I was able to actually give her that name, otherwise it comes out as UraniaJan
