Can't wait for ME 3!!!


Shepard: As you all know, the galaxy is up against the greatest threat of it's existence. Our current enemies are more dangerous than those we fought before. They have only one purpose - to destroy the entire galactic civilization. The same they did with the Protheans fifty thousand years ago.



Shepard: The Reapers will arrive soon. But we will be ready to meet them. We destroyed Sovereign. We defeated the Collectors. There is only one last step to make.We are fighting not only for ourselves but for our families, for our friends, for the people we love. We fight for our right to life. For our right to exist. We will fight to the Reapers. And with the combined forces of all galactic races we will defeat them!

Thank you! I have several options of Shepard's speech. Don't know what  she will say in  МE 3 will be great! And Jennifer Hale is fantastic!

I'm late, but I actually thought "Son, I am disappoint" about the Starcraft II dialogue award.

Nice to see what the new inspiration is already producing here though :3

And I'm joining you both in that concern. It still feels like our LI is swaying away. Well, some FemSheps are just cursed.

As I said, if there's no VS DLC then I doubt there'll be a satisfying conclusion of their storyline. BioWare already got enough on their hands with ME3 - and to be frank, I don't trust them to handle it with the care and attention that it needs.

Dissapointing that Jen didn't win the VA award, but I find a lot of these award shows have a habit of picking winners based on popularity rather than quality.

Watched the trailer, (and it's the only ME3 trailer I'll be watching) nice to see London, although it does put an image in my head of a bunch of irate cockneys hurling a torrent of insults and incomprehensible rhyming slang at a reaper for causing them to spill their pint!

Is there an HD version of the trailer knocking about anywhere? I'm working on a new background with both my femsheps in it, and the image of the buring earth would work well as the background.

I started a new femshep tonight.

Earthborn Sole Surviver. Vangaurd.



She is going to be mostly Paragon with some renegade. I swear that ME1 used to have higher res textures.

I'm disappointed that Jen did not win for VA, but she lost to an incredible character and VA in Tricia Helfer as Sarah Kerrigan. There were tons of very talented people in that category. It's a bit trite to say it's an honor to at least be nominated in the same category, but sometimes, that's what you have to take from it.

Regardless of who won though, BW cannot deny that Jennifer Hale's voice work as the female Commander Shepard has drawn attention, and possible accolades. and hopefully they will promo her more just based on this.

Yup, still got chills when watching the trailer. Especially when the camera pans out from Big Ben to show what the Reapers are really up to.

And the tune at the end, the one they used in the ME, makes me think some of the older ME music will make it into the final product. Combined with the music from ME2, I have a feeling we've a kick ass soundtrack to go along with a kick as game....

One thing I have to point out: "2 million dead the first DAY....another 7 million in the first WEEK...." ugh, just makes it hit home about how devestating the Reapers really are.

I'll bet that the final act will be taking the fight down to Earth, after amassing several armies from the turian, salarian, asari, krogan, geth, rachni, etc. Husks, Abominations and Scions'll probably be rampant in several major cities.....oh god, it'll be just like the Derelict Reaper over again....*shudders* 

But this begs the question as to how we're going to do it: I mean, if the Reapers are already on Earth, what's to stop people from realizing what's going on to Shepard's race and not joining her? I mean, I've a feeling it's going to be like "OH, I'd just LOVE to help, but I've got this side quest you've got to complete here, and then I'll fight for you...."

I Just watched the trailer myself too!  Being from England I must say fighting in London has me gripped already!  Im looking forward to hearing more info soon, just so the run of silly speculation threads and ideas stop because some of them a quadruple facepalm time! 


Nice to see us dedicated femshep fans have already manipulated a ME3 trailer pic with her in!  Take that Bioware marketting!  Oh and its sad to hear Jen Hale never won the VA award, but it was probably rigged anyway!

Hey Cypher, Yeah puts you in the mood for another play through doesnt it!!  But theres pleanty of time for that,  plus we still need that final bridge DLC.  Im sure there will be a twist in that which will make us want to scream for ME3 right away!!!

Check your graphics settings, mate. It's supposed to look like this:

I'm using VSM shadows instead of branching PCF shadows. VSM shadows looks better in ME1 in my opinion.
