On all the art outside of the game it is Sheploo. I'm not saying your Shepard is any less of Shepard than Sheploo. I'm stating that the "official" Shepard is Sheploo. We may not like it... well you may not (I play Sheploo)... but it is still fact.
Agreed. Sheploo is the marketing tool for BW. (Did I just infer something?) Ahem, anyway, read the Redemption comic, the one w/ Liara on the cover. They go to great pains to indicate that there is no “canon” Shepard. Shepard is never referred to as he or she, him or her. This actually calls attention to itself, especially in the first issue and makes it a bit of a bad read, imho. They also make it very clear that Shep could be a man or a woman in the comic. Blue Suns must not study simple human anatomy. So, yeah, Sheploo will always be the “face” but canon Shep is my Shep, your Shep and their Shep.
