Heh, it's been so long with so many playthroughs/FemSheps in ME1, that I can't remember which order I did the main missions in. The order did vary, that much I remember...

Anyway, Jean and Garrus have been hilarious so far(paraphrasing the following caps a bit, rather than quoting directly - works better for the screenshots):

Jean: ..o0(hmm, so how should I go about...)

Garrus: Hello? Normandy to Shepard..?

Jean: ...noo, never mind the sparring, I meant the part afterwards



Garrus: ...popping a heat sink...
Jean:

Garrus: Wait, what? Actually that's not...
Garrus: Oh, I get it

It isn't as good as ME1, as you look like a freak when you gender change, plus, Meer's voice is used instead of Hale.

I go all the way and use a male headmorph during the gender change. I know from experience Tali's romance will glitch if you don't.

Well, when your name is supposed to convey good fortune it's not too hard to think there's some big, cosmic joke at your expense when the opposite keeps happening. I expect she will be thinking her death was the punchline.

I've always done Therum > Feros > Noveria > Virmire. That's the order I used on my first playthrough and I've just stuck with it. That being said my last playthrough with my other Shepard I did Feros and Noveria before going to get Liara.

I always like to get Feros out of the way as I can't stand the place. It's not the mission, I just don't like the colour scheme. Oh look! More grey! How colourful.

Uh, you've just reminded me of another reason why I hate Feros. One of my squad always seems get stuck in the lower sections and the AI goes crazy. Usually they just start a fight with one of the walls and try to shoot it to death, but last time Tali went absolutely bats**t crazy. She charged at every enemy in sight, shotgun fireing wildly, even though they were about 200 meters away. Shockingly this resulted in her death. I didn't try and prevent it after the first time, and just left her to merrily run off and die. :innocent:

Anyway, back on topic.

Nope I like it too. Getting lost helped me find the "real" geth in the tunnels. I thought they were always the geth on the prothean skyway.

Absolutely not! I actually enjoy the atmosphere, and the strange behaviour of the Zhu's Hope colonists is reminiscent of The Wicker Man. There's also something quite eerie and awe-inspiring about exploring ancient Prothean ruins, especially when they've been repurposed as laboratories.

Yeah, I like Feros.

too bad for me Urz wasn't one of those varren you find in the tunnels.  I could've used a guide varren.

I like Shiala too. I always let her live so I can reconnect with her on Illium.

Of course! How could I forget about Juliana and Lizbeth Baynham? They're both great characters.

It's also quite fun to watch FemShep attempt to negiotiate with Jeong. Even Ashley and Kaidan are shocked.

That was quite amusing, although in my next file Jeong will receive the usual treatment. That is to say, a bullet to the chest. I always do love the reaction of that outcome, namely the soldiers he has with him. They move toward you and a quick glance from Wrex/Femshep and it is like: "Hey, hey. It's cool. We're good."

Feros as a whole is somewhat irritating for me. I enjoy the dialogue sections of the mission however the Creepers and their insane insane health on Insanity becomes monotonous. Selene (Infiltrator) did not have much fire power since pistols take forever to drop them. Saving the colonists is even more aggravating because they have a tendency to become mixed in with my shooting or are torn apart by my squad. Suffice it to say, I amply prefer being Renegon or worse in Feros so I have an excuse to mow them all down.

Yes, yes. I am a terrible evil person. I know.

Question time of my own. For ME2 how many of you recruit Morinth as canon and not on a throw away file to experiment with? And for Vanguard fans. Just how gutty are you with Charging?

I don't have a Colonist/Sole Survivor because that takes tragic to a whole new level, but that's the mindset one of my Spacer/Sole Survivors has.  I couldn't decide which version of her story I liked better so I have 2 versions of Tess:  In the first one, she's very religious and believes her survival on Akuze must have been the mercy of God.  She believes the same thing about her resurrection.  It troubles her that she can't remember any afterlife, but she's humbly decided that God must have brought her back for a reason and giving everyone major spoilers about the afterlife isn't it.    Tess v.2 does not take the resurrection so well and becomes pretty Renegade after it.
