Playing through with Stella some more in a desperate attempt to finish this fanvid. On the topic of Miranda's experiments, she'd encourage them. She knows that they need her, and if they had to go through that in order to bring her back, then it's a human sacrifice well-made. She has no qualms with admitting that she's probably one of the only people who can save the galaxy's ass.

Have you tried falling off the path to peak 15 on Noveria. I laughed and had to pause it. The game lets you...I hate not being able to save in the HH. I saved alot, like you, in the MAKO. Hehe.

I fell off the skyway. I tapped some debris on the ground with the Mako and it went shooting off the road. So much rage.

Sounds like fun. I've noticed that I started to play a bit more aggressively - so maybe it's time for to design a new FemShep who'll be a Vanguard.

Lemme put it this way. You recall the Colossal on Tali's recruitment mission? As a Vanguard you can ram it and shoot it to death point blank while continuously charging it. You basically are a biotic battering ram with a shotgun. I do recommend you stay away from the higher difficulties, especially if you are not custom to close quarter combat. The main drawback to a Vanguard is it has a steep learning curve. Best advice, be tactical with your charging. Before doing so look to see if you can get to cover after charging. Make certain you are not charging into a horde of enemies and meleeing is your friend. If you end up preferring a more defensive VG, the Geth Plasma Shotgun is merciless and basically an assault rifle on a high. If you happen to fancy the CQC, opted for the Eviscerator or Claymore for their raw power.

I haven't done that yet. I flipped the MAKO upside down and had to reload, but never have I fell off the skyway.

@sacmper

Nice! I like that idea. I can see it now.

My main Renegade FemShep Motoko is like that. She constantly was on the lookout for high rise cliffs with some decent low ground beneath them that she could see how far she could get over it before she hit the ground. She was sad to see the state of the Mako on Alcheera.

That said another favourite pastime of hers in that and also now the Hammerhead is driving it like a Raging Bull to Colossus Matador. Generally takes out all the smaller Geth first then just rams the big Colossus for sport before putting them out of their misery. Garrus actually facepalmed when they had their first encounter with a colossus in the Hammerhead as he knew exactly what was going to happen :P

Motoko's excuse... "It's called Hammerhead for a reason, you know?" :D

Eiko on the other hand being the engineer geek that she is I imagine would be wanting to upgrade the Hammerhead but would never consider doing such crazy stunts with it, she'd prefer it not to get scratched at all. Secretly she also thinks she is a better pilot than Joker is but refuses to pull rank on him and doesn't blame him for what happened with the original Normandy (even if he was the reason why she ended up having to be rebuilt)

I'd be devastated if any Shepard death in ME3 is mandatory, and unavoidable. Surely a happy ending with Liara is not too much to ask for, right?

I don't think they'd make the death mandatory. It'll be an option (and one of my shep's is definitely going to bite the dust), but I think it'll be possible to survive. What I fear is a choice like in DA:O. That choice was really crappy (especially for females). Let's hope there's an array of alternate endings and at least one is happy.

I can see it now ...

On the eve of battle the Illusive Man comes to Shepard and offers her a way out.  He will make sure she survives if she will father his child (DudeShep has to ask Liara to sleep w/ TIM as she has all his experiences).

"Be enslaved by the Reapers or sleep with the Illusive Man.  How does one make that choice?"

Haha you really made me shudder with that one . If something like that happens I swear I'll scream and throw the controller.

Ivy is a terrible driver with the Mako, especially when it comes to driving up the mountains.
Garrus: "You know how gravity works right?"
Ivy: "Shut it."

Seriously though, so many of the anaomlies were on the top of, or between mountains o.o
I miss the mako though. Like Yuki, I also hate the fact that you can't save whilst in the HH.

femShep question time. So, how did Cerberus exactly figure out the quickest way to bring Shep back was through bio-synthetic fusion? What if, ala Jack, they killed, maimed and tortured dozens, if not hundreds of people to get to that point? How would that make your Shep feel? Would that change the relationship between your Shep and Miranda as she was the project director?

In many ways it would fascinate Keira all the more and she would openly jest how all the mercenaries she has come across at least have a use now. Inwardly she would derive a partial unsettling sensation having been reconstructed in such a manner but it would not inherently bother her. She justifies the action as being necessary as only she is capable of destroying the Reapers. The few for the many. She would purposely not allow herself to ponder the possibility of experimentation even if she deemed it worthwhile. Her morality exists, despite her disdain of it.

It was clear. What I said was some sarcasm. Glad you liked them. Round 3 should be out later today/early tomarrow.

Q: Do you consider your Femhep a bad driver or a good driver who likes to run off cliffs and into things?
Lili-she is horrible at driving, but tells people she's good and just pretends to be horrible.
Athena-Really good. She just likes falling of cliffs and running into things.

*smacks sarcasm meter* Ah, so this thing was offline. I usually pick up on that, xD.

To answer your query. Keira is surprisingly a good driver, despite the perception she gives and constant penchant for exaggerating stories of Mako antics she has performed to horrify anyone not accustom to it. She is fast, frighteningly so and does possess an itchy trigger finger. A Mako conversation might be something like this...

Garrus: "You know, you don't have to fire the main gun at everything."
Keira: "Why not? It's a big gun and stuff needs to die."
Garrus: "Right but mountain tops don't."
Keira: "It looked like Udina."
Garrus: "Everything looks like Udina to you!"
Keira: "Tis why I use the main gun *innocent grin*"
Wrex: "I like it. She is like a Krogan."
Garrus: "There is something horribly unsettling about that."

Just... do not challenge her. She will do a stupid stunt every single time if challenged. Wrex thoroughly enjoys tormenting everyone because of this.

Madeline grew up on the family "farm" on Mindor and was exposed to all sorts of human operated transportation and farming equipment, aquiring a considerable amount of knowlwdge on both operation and maintnence.  She was instructed on how to drive them, but they were all "slow"....and young Maddy had the "Need for Speed", her grandfather would often remark.

In an act of rebellion against her father at the age of 15, she and a friend (who died later in the raid), took her father's 1967 Plymouth GTX "Hemi" Coupe out for a joy ride.  The GTX was a project that her father Anthony and Grandfather Ewen had worked to restore for 16 years. It was one of just 63 examples produced, of which only 3 survive as of 2169. Maddy and her "cohort" Arron, took to tearing up the colony's country side with the 425 HP / 426 cubic inch "Hemi" V-8 roaring away through the exhaust.  Madeline handled the light and powerful car well, but it proved too much for her when she ran it into a ditch trying avoid a colony ore carrier.  Only minor damage was done, but Maddy still recieved a 3 week grounding sentence.

@rynluna:  Thanks for the modding links!  Hopefully with Bourne's help I can figure it out.  XD

Re: FemShep Drivers

I think all of mine are canonically terrible drivers.  I don't really WANT them all to be that way, but it's the same thing with dancing... it's hard to RP otherwise when the horrible evidence is right in front of my face.  That's of course my own fault as the gamer, I guess.  The Mako doesn't HAVE to go spiralling over mountainsides or get wedged upside-down between rocks.

Moira can do the puppy dog eye thing. Sorta. As well as a ruthless renegade can. But only for Garrus.
