Just popping in to voice my support for more FemShep in marketing. How can gaming be opened up to more women if women don't even know that they are represented in the games?



Also would like to state that I've yet to play a male Shepard or even a quick-start female (I intend to play ManShep eventually, but I don't know if he'll be quick-start). Of course being female myself probably influences this decision.



Wishful thinking, I know, but it'd be cool if Femshep got a spot on the box art for ME3.

Okay. I haven't been on much today, but for updates on round 3: should be done tomarrow or really late tonight. Also I wrote something for Lili, and am working on another Jane/Liara thing. these FFs are inspired by the marriga/kids  question.

I'm slowly figuring out how to mod my Xbox 360.  I have Gibbed and all that, but does anyone have any links to a list of mods for FemShep?  I can change the hairstyles and do the TIM eyes, but those are the only tutorials I've seen.  Are those the only things you can mod for the 360 in terms of appearance?  Or can someone tell me how to change skin textures, armor, etc.?

ETA:  RAAAWWRR!  Now I've corrupted my file.  Damn.  So much for slowly figuring it out.

I tried making faces based on real people but the character creator is such that they just ended up looking deformed. So I just play around until I think it looks good.

@ELE - Okay, seriously, in a thread FILLED with lovely femSheps, Rhona is just...wow. I'm bummed that I can't make her on my non-gibbed up xbox. What's her facecode? Maybe I can come close enough.

- Holly is based on myself. She looks very much like me except the nose.

- In most RPGs I play, I always have a dark-haired, green-eyed character named Trista (if I can do that). That's where my Soldier came from.

- Constance I sort of just threw together, because I wanted a blonde FemShep. She turned out to be perfect for the personality I was going for.

- Aislinn is also based on myself, but she's more of a "desired self-image". I love red hair and wish I had it, I also wanted her to be graceful (which I'm not).

- Moira is based on the actress Debi Mazar, though I was told she looks like a singer I can't remember the name of.

- MacKenzie is based on a person that's very special to me. Her facial structure and eye color come from there.

I usually start with an idea and end up keeping what I think looks the best.

I start with an idea, but I usually end up changing things until it's nothing like my original intention. Rhona was originally blond, I was trying to make Gem from Tron. She went through like ten different versions to get to a face I really liked.

It's funny, both Moira and Constance were perfect the first time I made them. Trista about 1 or 2 tries, Holly went through like 4 makeovers, Aislinn is just a tweaked version of Holly... MacKenzie took me about 5 or 6. She gave me some trouble for some reason.

Lili-I just played around with her. I wanted to make her a tough bad*ss that has a softer side.
Athena-I wanted her to look like the goddess herself, that didn't work so I played around with her until I got her the way I liked her.

Edit: With how many times, let's see...

Athena-I'm thinking of restarting her with make her with black hair. So maybe twice..

Soldier lacks the shinies of the other classes, but this was pretty cool.  Adrenaline rush makes everything go slomo so you can see the merc slumping over from getting a shot to the head, but they still got a rocket off at me.





I thought this looked cool.

With Kate I wasn't going for a specific look although based on my fic she's supposed to be 'cute' much to her dismay.

Well with Liz I was going for a glamour girl, she perhaps enjoyed being the Alliance poster girl a bit too much and it bit her in the **** so I worked and reworked her till she resembled in my mind a young Elizabeth Taylor.
