I like the Soldier class too.  My "canon" FemShep is a soldier, just because I like the idea of a woman with no superpowers saving the galaxy.  It doesn't really work after Cerberus rebuilt her, since she certainly can't claim to be an average everyday human when she's half-Terminator. 

I love all the classes, though.  Except the Engineer.  I really didn't enjoy Engineer that much... which is ironic, since my Engineer (Kate) is probably one of my favorite Shepards in terms of character.

She looks really close, considering.  I think the biggest obstacle is the jaw slope.  I love a strong jawline and defined chin, but the Mass Effect creator doesn't let you adjust the steepness so it can throw off the proportions.

I don't hate the Soldier class. After Infiltrator and Vanguard it's probably tied with Adept as my third favorite. Sometimes a girl just wants to run in and shoot fools. I just like having more abilities available and Infiltrator is my favorite combo of abilities and weapons.

Adele exists in two versions. Her first-

I liked her but from different angles her face was too thin and her features too small. I'm a fan of rounder or more square faces, so I remade her-

Mostly I just changed her face shape so her head is more rectangular as opposed to triangular and the Kelly hair wasn't cutting it. Face shape 1 also made her nose a bit bigger, which is a huge plus. Otherwise her features are the same.

@ELE Yeah, jaws are tough. All I knew I wanted for Ella when I was trying to make her was the darker skin tone, and a heavier jaw. I also wanted a larger, flatter nose originally, but I couldn't get the proportions to work. And the lighting in ME is whacky, so sometimes she looks very very dark, and other times she looks barely tan.



(As a side note, I am ridiculously fond of fan art of Sinvraal's Kye, as she's one of the only other darker skinned Shepards I've come across. Plus, they tend to be really pretty Shenko fan-art, of which I am also fond.)

I didn't try to make my Shepard after anyone.  Mostly, I tried to create someone who looked like she fit in with the rest of the characters.  It took... an embarassing amount of tweaking.



Eventually, I got something I was happy with.  Chignon helped with the final touches.  <3

I had a Shepard using the darkest skintone. In some scenes she just looked like a silhouette (seriously, it was bad) and then at other times she looked like she had just been tanning and got a bit dark. The lighting is definitely not suited to them in most cases.

ETA:  @Revan:  I have an XBox.  Shenzi, on the other hand, has a PC, and lots of saves, and plays around with her files and takes screenshots for me.  (And several other XBox players she knows.)  It's her way of bribing us to work on our fics.  Or art.  Or just 'cause she's nice like that.  ^_~

@Yuki: Exactly. Ella's the second skin-tone choice, so not quite the darkest, but still... it is crazy how different she looks in different light.

Not that anyone looks normal in red-light, but still. She could be my actual pasty pale Scandinavian cousin there. (I do like that shot though. Show's how square I managed to get her jaw. Without any weird sharp edges on the way up her cheek. Took four tries for that to work.)

I made Kallen sorta after the code Geass Character of the same name. I knew they wouldn't ahve her specific hair so I just had 2 parameters: Red Hair, Green eyes. For the length in hair I went with the Ponytail (looked so much better in me1) and I went with face 9 because in the show her face isn't really that big. in me1 she had the scar that cuts through the right eyebrow (her victory scar from Torfan she got when she took on the head batarians guards. and thus, this beauty was born and then miraculously recreated from SCRATCH on the PC:

I'm slowly figuring out how to mod my Xbox 360.  I have Gibbed and all that, but does anyone have any links to a list of mods for FemShep?  I can change the hairstyles and do the TIM eyes, but those are the only tutorials I've seen.  Are those the only things you can mod for the 360 in terms of appearance?  Or can someone tell me how to change skin textures, armor, etc.?

ETA:  RAAAWWRR!  Now I've corrupted my file.  Damn.  So much for slowly figuring it out.

ELE covered pretty much the majority. Unfortunately, you cannot mod it custom armors or anything of that nature. Beyond texture and color swaps. You can mod a few gamepla perks like the Claymore, Widow, Revenant, have infinite ammo, two bonus powers and store armor. Oh and make Planet Scanning nonexistent (thank the gods.)

If you need any more help, feel free to message me any time. 

And ugh, that sucks. I have been fortunate to avoid corrupting my files but I have accidently had horrid results from modding the wrong thing. Being the Suicide Mission with only Miranda and Jacob or making my Femshep's neck look like a Collector's (I am not kidding) come to mind. >.>

Problem with face 1 is the cheekbones, so she looks kinda weird at some angles. Nothing horrible, though.

(She has a different face texture in this pic before I gave her back her freckles. I wish there was a texture that was tex1 with all the freckles, sometimes tex3 is too smooth looking IMO)
