Seeing how there are many programs in a mobile unit known as Legion, they are always dressed. Tali, Garrus and Shep are the only 3 organics dressed. If you count synthetics then you count Legion. But if you don't there are only 3.



Anyway this brings me to a question. On missions that you need a breather on, who do you take?

Lili-Kasumi for her ShadowStrike plus the funny remarks. Then Jack or Garrus.

Athena-Tali and Garrus are the 2 people she can semi-trust (girl has some trust issues that she has been trying to get rid of since she left the Reds) so she takes them, while she also takes Jack and Kasumi on other missions, so that way she has 2 bad*ss with her and they have awesome skills.
