I'd hardly call it a "tough decision", but for now I'm holding off on picking up ME2 for the PC. I'm trying to get some writing done as it is (and real-world concerns besides) so I don't really have the time to port over Morgan and others from my 360 to play through their careers
again, especially because I just got done with another playthrough for Morgan as a "refresher" as I bunker down and get to writing.
However, I did re-download the demo and grabbed a trial of Fraps, mainly to show off a new Shepard I've been tweaking for a bit. So, in a post that's both part fishing for opinions, part show-and-tell, I present you with thus:

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Deandra Shepard. After I finalize her design she'll be
plaguing gracing my console for a new playthrough.
Now, if anyone actually
remembers me talking about this months ago (which I doubt) Morgan is my "canon" Shepard because she's the only one I've ever taken the time to think about in terms of personality and background. Deandra here is an exception. I've thought about her past and what she's like as well, mainly
in relation to Morgan.
I'm going to try not to ramble too much here, but I see a lot of the "for want of a nail" principle in action with ME's backgrounds. In
theory different Shepards can exist within the same universe based off of their different backgrounds (Spacer/Colonist/Earthborn) with only one being
the Shepard (if that makes sense). That's where Deandra came from. As I write fic based around Morgan's stories within the ME universe I see Deandra as a sort of "Dark" Shepard, and evil counterpart if you will. At their very core both women are essentially the same in regards to drive, ability and their capacity to gather others, but in terms of moral compass and their way of doing things they're complete polar opposites. Using that concept as a base I plan on using Deandra (her full name Deandra Byrne in-story) as an original character in some stories taking place between ME2 and ME3.
In game terms Deandra is a Colonist/Ruthless/Pure Renegade. As of this screenshot she's an Adept, but I'm still deciding on her class, mainly using how I'm envisioning her within the "Chronicles" storyline (she's definitely going to be a biotic of some kind). I'm happy with how her face has turned out, but I might still do some tweaking with her hair, her eye color and her makeup until I'm happy. I'm trying to shoot for a "cold seductress" type of feel to contrast Morgan's more tomboyish appearance.
Opinions? Thoughts? Non-Sequiters?
