I watched the comic... thing. I guess it must be difficult to sum up an entire game, and universe as big as Mass Effect in 15 minutes, but it seemed a pretty poor job. No mention of Feros at all, Liara has turned in to some cutesy airhead and someone who's older then Shepard is being refered to as "a good kid"!

I suppose on one hand it's better to be able to set some choices for ME2, than having the forced default settings that 360/PC players got treated to without a save file to import, but surely they could have done better than that?

I'm glad I've got ME1 to play through whenever I want, as that comic just doesn't cut it for me. They may as well just give you one question at the start asking if you want to be an arse or a saint?

Be interesting to see what the femshep version's like.

Haha, all Kaidan romancing femsheps are cougars! Wait, what do you mean he's 3 years older than her, and an officer?

I've seen people trying to justify the phrasing but I just don't see any way around it. The wording is dismissive to someone in his position. And he's not the only character that got short shrift by douche-Shepard.

I'm just going to pretend like I never watched that thing.

The air became charged as Kaiden embraced me. His arms clung and held me firm, a grip which I hadn't felt since that perfect night before Ilos.   The memories of those moments filled me and I instantly lost control.

I hit the ground with my Lieutenant, Kaidan Alenko! A good kid. Loyal, by the book, with a talent for biotics. He sure knew how to use them!!  My heart raced he lifted back to my feet and flung me onto the waiting bed!   He was still a good kid at heart despite the things he had seen, he would never let me down. He was loyal beyond the call of duty and luckily for me his book was the Karma-Sutra!!

I lay there for a moment waiting, knowing what was to come and knowing that I would never be alone again!





There thats how that sentence should be used!     And if anyone thinks Im writing anything like that again you can get lost!!!

I dunno... I don't call Garrus being turned into a dual wielding pistollier, renegade bad boy, Neo-impressionist cop a good thing.    And Tali's a fugitive.  WTF?  It wasn't kind to ANY ME1 character.  Not even Liara.

Meer sounds like he's got a cold through the whole thing.  But... I'm putting on my Pollyanna Big Girl Pants and clinging to FemShep as the paragon of all that's right with the Mass Effect 'verse.

Oh, worse in my case. Right now, my mind is switching between Pedobear sealing and approve Femshep and those horrid Japanese Femshep pics of her having kids and them being "good kids." Lovely mental image. Ugh...

I am glad, I was not the only one to notice dual-wielding Garrus souring through the air. In any event, it is not Meer's fault. The writing was beyond cheesy. What I am most curious about is whether or not a Femshep comic exists, as in her being drawn separately. I would hope so.

I'd love to see a true SciFi show from HBO, Mass Effect with it's lots of dialogues would be a good fit imo.

eh if you think about it Tali can be considered a fugitive since Saren is out to get her beause of the evidence. Other than that it's a crappy characterization of her. It makes her seem like something she isn't I guess in an effort to get even more peopel to romance her in ME2. Kaidan's a "good kid" despite being older than Shepard by 3 years, Ash's was alright but it paled in comparison to "Liara's as talented as she was beautiful" Combined with her becoming the SHadow broker bioware might as well just called her LI #1. I do hope Hale's gets better writing and she's not in turn calling Ash a "good kid" sine that seems to be the designation the non-romaneable VS gets. >.>

At least Ash is younger than Shepard so it's not quite as ridiculous.
