I was always a fan of Dizzy off Starship Troopers.  Beautiful and deadly.  She wasn't afraid to kick some ass whether man or alien and got the job done!  I always thought she would make a great femshep!

*pic snip*

I never would have thought of her (and I saw the movie when it was in the theaters) but she would have made a really good femshep.

Top of the page femshep.

Actually, this is one of the base images I'm using for one of the new manips I'm working on :D

YESSS! What better gift for a diehard FemShep/Hedy Lamarr fan such as me! :o

Would be happy to do one of your Shep in that fashion if you like?

Yes please! My FemShep is kind of a plain Jane though. I have a phobia of collagen lips so I made her lips thin (like mine). In general I'm going for a smart, tough, slightly mischievous look, rather than beauty.

Truth be told I spent an hour trying to recreate her once. But I just cant do her justice!  Its so hard creating a celeb lookalike or a person from a picture. I had a new found respect for people who can do it that day!

I may try again actually at some point.  I really would love to create Dizz!

You've got yourself another supporter (I have 3 FSheps anyway: Vanguard, Engineer and Sentinel)!

Yeah this picture should be at the top of every page if I had my way!  :D  Always good to get another supporter onboard g54, welcome to the thread.

Thanks for the encouragement! I spent hours fussing over the facecode, but I've been hesitant to share because I did not build Marion for pure beauty. I wanted her looks to reflect her character - she's a Spacer/War Hero Paragade with a gigantic political ambition, a conscious desire to please everyone, a profound love for foreign cultures, and a deeply suppressed bloodlust.

I do need to improve my screenshot skills though. I partly blame my computer (it's well below the minimum spec for Mass Effect 2), and partly blame my FemShep (who is so practical, so down to earth that she's always wearing that Sentry Interface which obscures her striking eyes).

Marion is a very pretty Shep Image IPB

For screenshots 2 things will make your life much easier, flycam and fraps.

Sage has an excellent tutorial for setting up flycam

And you can find a link to fraps here.

I agree. Eva Green is gorgeous. I have such a crush on her. Amazing eyes. She also has this air about her that would make a sexy and confident FemShep.

didymos1120 gave me a thorough tutorial on flycam. I am reasonably effective with it now. Fraps is just infeasible on my weak, weak computer (it's a 2008 MacBook running Windows BootCamp) - it would drop my framerate below 1 I think. Instead I use something like PicPick. Cheap and slow, but works.

Actually my computer is so feeble that I cannot use Assault Rifles at point blank range - it crashes the game every time. This forced me to train myself to become a much better shotgun user/sniper than I need to be - but I like Vanguard & Infiltrator best anyway.

Thanks! Violet Parr is awesome. Their thin lips also resmebles each other. I guess Marion needs to spend more time as an Infiltrator. :-)

Mmmh... She looks just like my neighbour here. It's uncanny. You've made a Swede (with green eyes and not brown, but it's still like her)
She fits the inflitrator look a lot as well. Image IPB Image IPB Image IPB

Really? I've always imagined Marion as half French, half German/Jewish. According to Wikipedia around 60%~80% of Scandinavians are blond - so maybe your neighbor is not a typical Swede?

She does has this "calm sniper" look. But I play mostly Vanguard, even though I love Infiltrator too. Widow + Cloak allows you to kill everything fast on Insanity without health damage - which Marion likes because it's good for her skin ^_^, but dislikes because she doesn't get the chance to rip bones from enemies' bodies with her bare hands.

To be accurate (for what it's worth) Shepard is 29 as of Mass Effect. She's technically 31 by ME2, but then again she's been dead for two years and I've always just assumed that she's still biologically 29.

Just a random thought. Do with that what you will ^_^

If you want to get really technically probably only a few parts of her are biologically 29... the rest of them are under 2 years old.

The way I see it, all my FemSheps still consider themselves 31.  They'd base it off the birthday they'd always known just to make things simpler.

I think it might depend on the FemShep.  The vain ones (BarbieSheps!) would be in denial about their age  ('I've only seen 29 of an event').

Some might slowly come to terms over how old they are over time.

And the most pragmatic would just say:  "Okay, I'm 31 now.  What's next in my existance?" :P

If she died at 29, doesn't that make her *remain* 29 ever after? You know, because you don't age any more *after you die*?

I don't think that's being vain. It's just human nature to wish to stay young and vigorous. And Shepard will probably remain vigorous for centuries due to her enhanced cybernetics. Or so I optimistically hope.

Do you consider people who suffer cardiac arrest and are successfully revived at a later time zombies? Do they stop ageing?

Shepard's cybernetics will keep working, sure, but they don't really address to problem of ageing (infinite cell division isimpossible) - if you can fix that then there's no need for cybernetics.

EDIT:
About Shepard being concerned with living longer...
My canon, Holly, is more worried about her boyfriend than herself.  He's kinda got less than a year to live.  :crying:

So, I'm not very good at drawing.  I wanted to do something to cheer up Chignon, though.

My husband is a really good artist and has many supplies.  I invaded his office, stole a sketchpad, some pencils, charcoal and smudge sticks.

After hours of cursing, staring at screenshots, getting my hands covered in lead and killing a pink pearl eraser...

I made this drawing for Chignon of Noah and Kaidan.  I hope she likes it.

If she doesn't, well, at least she can have a good laugh at my terrible drawing skills.  :P

I would totally tell people I was 29 cuz I died. And I would celebrate my death day, possibly with outfits a la Abby Sciuto and ample sugar skull madness.

PS, I'm new here and I support FemShep!

This is my Shep. I've worked her up through ME1 and actually have several playthroughs of ME2 with her now. xP

The cardiac arrests don't count as they are not "brain dead."

Erica Shepard, Solider, Ruthless Renegade and my first Kaidan girl for ME1. Haven't gotten far in that romance yet, but it's been interesting. Erica is a bit of a predator when it comes to sex, but she likes that Kaidan takes his time. I had hoped that Erica would let Liara down easy, but when she found out Liara went digging into her past, the gloves came off and she completely renegaded her on her "obsession." Sorry, but it was funny to see that at least once. Anyway ...

Thanks! It kinda looks better in real life, because you can see all the subtle shading.

I never draw, but I think I did OK.
