That is true only if you know that none of your applications have any security vulnerabilities at all, which is obviously false (e.g. Flash).UAC is useless for people with Common Sense Internet Security 2011
There is simply no reason to run regular applications with elevated privileges at all, and disabling UAC (as I understand it) grants these privileges to any application that requests them.
Edit: A remote code execution vulnerability does not qualify as "monkey sees, monkey click"-problem
