Well I had a search through my femshep folders but no real joy for anything bigger. I have a couple of variations on the default face but they are too noticeable to be of use.
The thing with femshep though is she instantly recognisable, mainly due to the fact alot of players do change her facial appearance. Gamasutra and even Bioware themselves never used the default face when talking about her on Facebook. Ask yourself do you 100% require the default face for what you want to achieve because we can literally give you dozens of icon looking femsheps.

At some point I think I'll open a discussion in the group related to modding (and maybe another one for gampeplay). It won't be anything that you can't find on the social site elsewhere, but I want it to be FemShep-specific. The topic of modding appearances always comes up here, so I reckon it'll be good to have a thread to gather experiences and tips - especially for those not so familiar with modding and are willing to try. You can do a lot just by editing savegames, so that automatically includes 360 users/players(maybe even PS3 players?).
