Lynn: Legion?
Legion: Shepard Commander we lost our contact lens.
Lynn: What?!??
Lynn: If you lost your contact lens down there your climbing down to get it.
Legion: But Shepard Commander vision is all blurry. We cannot achieve consensus as to how far down it is. . .
Lynn: Tough.
Lynn: Hey, why do you need a 'contact lens' in the first place?
Legion: We saw an extra net video on how to change our eye colors with a contact lens and thought it might be helpful when we speak with organics.
Lynn: *sighs*
Legion: *worried* We are uncertain as to it's location. . . If we hold you upside down by your feet do you think you can reach it?
Lynn: Are you kidding? Frack no!
Lynn: Come on we have work to do!
Legion: *worried* But our contact lens. . . If we get a rope will you climb down there to look?
Lynn: Legion forget it! It's over a kilometer down from here, don't make me have Tali zap you.

BTW, you should add that the Spec and Spwr setting adjust lip "shinyness". At least...that's what I think they do from playing around with them.
EDIT:
Spwr_Lips goes from 1-10
Spec_Lips is 0-1
The values will likely cross over to ME3. I doubt they're going to make any drastic changes to CC. Plus, they will still need those values for un-modded Sheps to import correctly.
Spec_Lips did the trick, but while changing Spwr, there was no difference, so I'm not sure what this value do.
I dropped the shine from 0,3 to 0,1. I will play the game like this a bit, take screenies and see if it really suits me. I have this stupid habit of being irritated over some details, and if there's a possibility to change them, I'll do it. I hate myself for that, but I like my PC's to look "perfect".

First image is the unmodded makeup, second - yesterday's changes, and the third - today's.

Ending results vary in different lighting - eyeliner still gets darker in darker environment, and I don't think she lost her "expressiveness". This is not the best lighting to present changes (above pic), but whole thing seems more natural now, I'm all for that. FemShep in my head doesn't wear makeup, but "cleaning" it in game completely may look just weird (especially that she's pale).
Gosh, she looks more and more like school girl.
My bf says it's too early to say anything about CC and import. Values in ME3 may be the same, but the results may vary, same like between ME1 and ME2. What I've been worrying about - will the game accept a character that has been modified in any way. I've been changing headmorphs too. Actually all Marge saves had headmorphs changed, because of the improvements I've been doing.
Funniest thing is that in the place of the face code (which is just a label) you can input anything you want, sometimes I write "classified" or "missing" there just for fun.
EDIT: spelling

While we're discussing optical tweaks via Gibbed's editor:
Ever since I started doing so I've noticed that some of my actions in ME1 got mixed up in ME2 after I made modifications. Now I would like to know whether it's Gibbed related or if my computer/ME is playing tricks on me. Or maybe I'm just imgining it?

Cause I really like the look of TIM's eyetexture overlaying "normal" eyes.

That's a good question. It'll most likely depend on what and how much was modified. I can imagine "subtle" changes like eye or hair colour, make-up and so on should work ok - apart from maybe not looking quite the same in ME3 - will import fine.
Of course there's only one way to find out in the end, in any case.

I'd also hope they look at what you're doing with the makeup tweaks and realize that they should provide options more nuanced than what's in the default CC.

Weird thing is I thought I wrote something already. . . I wonder why it didn't post?
I know the pic is a bit asymmetric, but that stuff can be interesting as well don't you think?
Anyway, please enjoy I figured a bit of back and forth with Legion and Lynn was appropriate for it!

It's possible, I have done some experiments with it. However it's pretty obvious why NVIDIA doesn't officially support it...Aislinn Trista wrote...
It's the Dynamic Shadows. Sometimes they look great and other times they flutter. I keep them turned off in ME1 and use Ambient Occlusion. If ME2 supported it, I'd love to use it there too. It's an option under your graphics settings if you want to toggle it on or off.

Tbh I hope the ME3 CC just offers more options. I for one would *kill* for them to replace the default Complexion 3 with something a bit more appealing (in the sense that it's easier to work with) like ELE's texmods.

i would hope that me3 CC would accept customization. they've got to know what modders are up to, right? while i'm sure they can't fix for every case, i would hope they could at least allow for custom values, if not hacked in nPC features.
re: complexion 3 - do people really dislike it so much? i LOVE that one - the only one i use. the freckles are cute.

i find 2 a little odd on femshep, but the wrinkles work for so many of the npcs. 1 looks "lumpy" on my sheps. must be something about the way i build their features. i would hope they don't replace anything, since people have gotten attached to certain features.
one person's "ew, she's bald" is another person's "omg, buzz cut is hawt", after all. i hope they would add only, not subtract.

That's the only one I've ever used, I have freckles myself and was so pleased ME had a skin with them! It's so rare in games you find freckles that look natural.
Here's the only close up pic of my Shep I have:

I have to remake her as I've lost ALL my saves months ago. Not sure I can replicate her, I wish I had uploaded her code somewhere, then again that doesn't help with ME1
Oh wait one more:

I like the freckles too, it makes the skin look more natural in my opinion. Complexion 3? I dunno, I use 9 and that seems to be rather rare. Only Chignon's Noah comes to mind...
Need to sit a lot of time on it. My first projects for Dominica was on 9, but I scrapped it. Something about the point where nose bridge meets the forehead, I couldn't make a profile view I liked. But it was long ago, and now I learned a few tricks to correct it.
And yeah, this is definitely Liara's basic face structure.
Comp. 3? Wha? There's something wrong with it? (besides I'd like lips more detailed?)

Ah, well in the short term (i.e. no idea what from ME1 is going to get imported to ME3, so best to try and do an ME1 run through when you can), you can always start your ME2 character, do the initial level (Cerberus station), then use Gibbed to create a custom save, with various ME1 choices selected (or not) depending on your playthrough. Change the 'raw' settings to 'lived to fight again', and then start a New Game, importing your ME2 character. Voila!
Well, that's the down and dirty way of describing it. If you want a full explanation/walkthrough, send me a message.
Tim
Edit: Forgot to add, using Gibbed, you can also alter various values for your FemShep's face, hair, etc.

Oh wait, seems I got my complexions mixed up. I meant Complexion 1(i think) - the one that has this really coarse, weathered look to it. I never could get anything to work with it, because it always looked like my Shepards had huge sags under their eyes. Complexion 3 is a-ok, used it plenty before I tried out ELE's mods.
I think you're getting mixed up again. Complexion two is the one that looks weathered.
Complexion 1

Complexion 3

I prefer number 3 though as It looks the most natural.
