Is patch 1.04 all in one? Or I have to download also previous patches?

It is indeed cumulative, or as you put it "all in one", so you do not have to download older patches to install them first.

Why is there no new patch.. The game keeps crashing thus making it impossible to play ESPECIALLY in battles which takes quite a bit of time. E.g. Boss battles.

I won't be able to complete it in time for DragonAge 2.. Please fix the crashing issues at least!

Oh and I wonder if the ultimate edition have the same problems?

Do you have a multi-core CPU? On my system (triple-core) it helped setting the processor affinity to two CPUs for the Dragon Age process.

Yeah I have an AMD Pheonom™ 8650 Triple-core Processor 2.30GHz

Tried setting it to 2 cores on my triple core system. No go. This is really lame Bioware. I am surely not gonna buy DA2... First posts about this problem that i have seen is over 10 months ago... really really lame....

If Bioware doesn't even make their games which we have paid for, work as they should then I'm done with this. I'm not giving money to any of your games ever again because you plainly don't deserve it. You guys waste too much time on finding ways to gain profit. If you still want people to buy your games without any doubts I suggest you pull your heads out of your asses and start doing what you're paid for. I don't care if you ban me. I'm done with you guys.

It's not right that the decisions you make in the game are bugged in codex, epilogue, and that some of the epilogues are missing... I can fix it on pc but my 360 is left with nothing and I feel cheated... This should have been a number 1 priority in patchs... Especially with Dragon Age 2 coming soon.

Bioware doesn't have priorities. They just write all their choices on small pieces of paper and hang them on a dartboard and just see who's the lucky one today.

never bying a bioware game again, not only is the game nothing but bugs flaws and a bunch of horrible quests with the worst AI and big battles in game history. Then the patch is finally released (**** patches, it should hav been good from the beginning. so much for decent tests you lazy ****es)

Once I install the patch I am unable to play. I have spent the last month trying every possible option, I have contacted every possible customer support and no body was able to help!!! I AM NEVER BUYING A BIOWARE GAME EVER AGAIN!!

nothing but trouble and frustyrations. Enough DECENT games out there. Sooo loooong suckers. Have fun getting around bugs in dragon age 2. You can sit and wait for your patches while I play guild wars 2 online for free. A DECENT GAME. BIOWARE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

its okay.......you can play guild wars 2 (even though you said somthing about bad quests mmo=bad quests) no need to call people idiots, all in all no one really cares if you dont buy the game Bioware has a lot of loyal fans who love biowares games and will buy them.

Dragon Age works well on both my 5 year old Win XP 32 bit computer and my Win7 64 bit 1-7 2600 machine.   One light crash to desktop with the new machine in hours and hours of play.   Other than that no problems.  I have patch 1.04 on both machines and have played DA since Nov 3 2009.
