I have the same issue as well. Every time I attempt to load a game I receive the long message saying "This contains Premium Content, insert long list here, please sign in to access the content.'
For verification, it's the PC version DL'ed via Steam, with 2 minor mods (Morrigan and Leliana face mods) and the best mod ever, the Respec mod. (The raven one, just in case there are others out there)
I logged out of the servers in game, signed back in, and it still doesn't work. I only tested this with the main game, not with Awakening, Leliana's Song, or Darkspawn Chronicle.
My region is North America, Texas, Rio Grande Valley area.

Ouch - a few problems already.
First and foremost, try and smore006 pointed out. Just wait for a bit until the servers pull down the necessary authorization for your DLC. Due to the way that some of the authorization issues were resolved, it's possible that it just needs to re-grab it off the servers and all will play nice after that. Generally speaking if it refreshes the correct number of BioWare points, it should (very) shortly after have nabbed the correct authorization. edit: you can view this in action on the Downloadable Content menu itself.
If THAT doesn't work... okay, I know this is not ideal but for those of you affected by this issue, would you give re-installing and patching up a try? After that, log in to your BioWare/EA account in-game, go to the downloadable content and give it a bit.
first and foremost: back up your savegames. When you uninstall, you should have the option to preserve your savegames, but just in case: In your My Documents there should be a folder called BioWare\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\characters - make sure you copy that whole characters folder to a safe place so you don't lose your games.
When it's successfully refreshed how many BioWare points you have, it should have pulled down the necessary authorization for any associated DLC and you should be able to re-download the content you own.
Please let me know how that goes.

This sounds logical and is indeed very likely what is happening. I imagine the "authentication data" needed to authenticate your purchases is really small (less then a megabyte) and it's just the servers being hit by 100's or 1000's of people at once.Nathan Willis wrote...
Sorry about that and the accompanying inconvenience. I imagine the auth servers might be getting slightly hammered, what with the patch release and all that. I'll continue monitoring these posts (as well as other posts on the forums), though.

I seem to be having a similar, but slightly different problem.
The game knows I'm authenticated... but it thinks the addons aren't installed. They're not in my DLC list anymore, but they are on the purchase list. If I go to "buy" one, it tells me I already own it.
It then tells me to go to the DLC thing and download it... except thats where I already am.

I've tried almost everything apart from re-installing. I might try that now.
