Unfortunately it's gone on the back-burner for now; nothing really has changed for August. I'm considering rewriting it completely, maybe in another language (which I would have to learn first) or something. Really I don't think I'm the most competent person to be pursuing such a project, but in principle it seems to work, given even the shoddy demo I made can merge 2das and TLKs. I'll see if I can find some time to take another look at it, though.

Python?
It would seem, that it would be a case of going though both files,
Set up a dictionary of the first, then check for matching keys in the second, and resolve all the conflicts, perhaps querying the user. Am I right?

Well, the way I've been doing it so far is have the mod-maker create a file which specifies which lines are his/hers, then the program overwrite those (and only those) lines. So, as long as everyone keeps to the reserved 2da ranges, everything should be fine. Of course, it's only a demo. What I would like to see, though, is a program which can add rows to 2das dynamically, and then patch those row numbers into the scripts and things which use them; for classes specifically, this would be useful, given we have limited space.
The catch is "resolving all the conflicts", especially if one mod-maker uses an old, non-expansion or previous-patch 2da. Also there are little issues like using default files if no other mods have been made, etc, and the slightly bigger issue of back-ups.

So out of the rod of preperation, rod of fast buffing, and rod of full party buffing which one is best and easiest to use? The rod of preparation was most recently updated so I'm leaning towards that one.

One is for NWN1, I believe I said that in one of my posts. The others are basically the same, I usually go with the Rod of Preparation. Try them both and see them yourself.

^If I recall the appearance changer patch might not work if you have SoZ installed....but it's been too long since I've played for me to say that with certainty. =/
EDIT: Hmm, it looks like there's been an update since I last played, so you're probably good to go on that count, at least. Just be sure you install all those individual mods linked to on the patch page or the patch won't work.

If you install the Makeover according to its directions then Kaedrin's PrC pack will have higher priority. The PrC overrides the Makeover. So the effect is that a few of the Makeover features will not work, not that the PrC features will not work.

Also, there is no point in installing the MotB Spirit Eater Autopause unless you are playing MotB. If you are playing MotB then if you also choose to install the MotB Makeover (which I recommend) then you shouldn't have the Autopause in the Override folder because it will interfere with the Autopause that is built into the MotB Makeover.

Xermalk,
I installed a high proportion of the add ons you list to MotB along with Kaldor's makeover, and played to completion without any problems. Kaedrin's PrC pack let my PC end up as a 8th Wizard/7th Frost Mage/10th Arcane Trickster/ 5th Dread Commando. My imported companion ended up as 10th Ranger/10th Whirling Dervish/5th Dread Commando/ 5th Tempest; Kaelin became a 21st Cleric/ 5th Master of Radiance; and Safiya a 10th Wizard/10th Red Wizard/10th Frost Mage.) The default classes for the other companions were fine. As you can tell, I LOVE the Dread Commando and Frost Mage prestige classes;-). In any case, give the Makeover a try--read my review back on the Vault.

With the removal of both my old web page and troubles with the vault I have uploaded all of my NWN2 mods, including the OC Makeover and MotB Makeover to Google Drive and will link to them from my blog page here: <http://bbellina.blog...tware-by.html>.
