Did you see the comment about "Torres moved from a big club to a rich club, theres a difference."? No sh*t Sherlock, ones at the top end of European football, the others a midtable team living on past glories with delusions of grandeur.

Haha I saw that one. Looks like Skrtel has done his groin in, it did not look good. Not that his groin has ever looked good but the way he stretched then reacted.

What a miss!! Maxi from about 4 yards out with an empty net shinned it against the bar.

Perhaps it is. The online commentary described it as a low driven cross by Gerrard. I describe it as him going for glory with his left foot and getting it wrong.
Lampard has been absolutely woeful, hes done nothing but give the ball away and break up his own teams moves.

Well...he is pretty woeful in general to be fair lol.

True but normally his woefulness is covered up by others around him and all he has to do is find space and shoot. There is no space with Liverpools back 5 doing a good job of camping at the edge of the box. So he is having to get involved in general play, much to the detriment of his team.
England the only nation with two first choice central midfielders who can't actually play central midfield in a 4-4-2. Priceless.
Oohh handbags between Cech and Ivanovic.

This has been a complete dead rubber so far. Chelsea have no width and no creativity, Liverpool are content to just stop Torres from scoring.
Torres has now just been subbed after doing nothing for 65 minutes. Which is kind of hilarious in its own way.

Yeah...very boring. Whats funny is, Liverpool fans (the vocal section) will probably consider a draw a 'good' result lol....

The Dutch striker thing is odd. How many of them have actually displayed that sort of goal scoring form in the Premiership? The percentage seems low. Only van Nistelrooy really comes to mind as a prolific striker. van Persie isn't bad, but not as prolific I think.
Ooo...Liverpool are a goal up.
EDIT: yeah I'm a bit slow in keeping up with the results.
Hm..Cardiff won.

Wasn't there someone else along with Van Nistelrooy? I get the feeling there was but can't remember who, maybe I'm mad. Van Persie's big problem is he rarely plays because he is always out for long stretches with muscle injuries, I think if he stayed fit he would be one of the best strikers around. He is a far better striker than Rooney in my book.
Kalou to nick one right at the death levelling it up and giving Ancelotti and selection headache.

Hasselbaink! That was it. Not sure about Bergkamp, he never really played right up top he was always floating around between the defence and midfield looking for space. Fantastic player.
Chelsea have been absolutely awful, I mean shockingly bad they have offered nothing going forward.

Well, the teams chasing Man Utd haven't done well this weekend; with the exception of Man City.

Be glad you didn't watch it. It was a boring awful thing to watch. Like Kirsten Dunst.
Chelsea were somehow worse than we were last night, truly shocking, terrible at the back and offered nothing going forward. Liverpool are a strange beast at the minute, they are winning but all the teams they have beaten have played awful against them.
I think we should all take a moment to laugh at Chelsea shoehorning a £50m signing into their team, upsetting the balance completely and probably costing themselves any chance of winning the league.

Actually, that's probably true of any big signing that doesn't live up to their billing (if I had mispelt 'billing' then it could have been 'bling' which might also be appropriate).
Kitsten Dunst....to think there was a time I considered her attractive.

I'd recquire a bag on her head too. Can't be having those soulless eyes staring at me.
The best part about todays game is that if Roy Hodgson had wheeled out that formation, team and performance he would have been crucified win or not. 22 players on that pitch and not a winger amongst them, frightening times.
