Fair enough Druss, there are a lot of footballers that deservs a boot in their hang dog jowls, players, managers, agents, club owners.... one owner in particular deserves a lot of boots.

Would I be right in thinking your referring to a certain fat cockney who is currently owner of a northern team?

You'd be very right, as right as anyone could get.

I saw an even stranger sight than 3 Norwich fans a couple of weeks ago. I saw a man in a Wolves top wandering through the mall here. It even had Ebanks-Blake 9 on the back of it. People were stopping and staring as if he had wings and a seabass growing from his head. I've never seen a sight like it. We only do United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chlesea, Everton, very rarely Newcastle and formerly Leeds around these parts.

He could have worn a Stoke shirt.

I'd find it unbelieveable if it was an Ipswich shirt. *Ahem*

But Carroll made his debut and without watching the match I'm willing to bet he "showed lots of promise and looked like he will be a true Anfield legend, much better than Torres ever looked..."
Champions League draw...
Real Madrid - Spurs
Barcelona - Shakhtar Donetsk
Inter Milan - Schalke
Chelsea - Man United

We'll see, being a trouble maker as he is he might cause more than he is worth too.

As is the case with most trouble makers in teams.
On Carroll, tempted with the following inspired by Mad magazine from a long while back.
"My team have signed a promising youngster. Your team have signed a player who won't amount to anything."
Whether you like Spurs or not, it's curious they've gotten so many 'glamour' ties in the Champions League. Are we sure this isn't scripted?

Reports on sky sports news are saying Owen Hargreaves could be set to start tomorrow
. Back in the England squad for next week too to complete the greatest comeback ever?
Your a while man for the conspiracy theories OBaka lol. Atleast one of my two most hated managers in football is going to get eliminated.
Anyone see Balotelli's sending off last night? What a complete ass clown. He missed a sitter right at the start too.

I like those conspiracies. Though I admit the scripted thing is also a slight dig at PES on the PS2; I've seen a lot of complaints about scripting in relation to that. Or maybe it's a pro-wrestling thing....
Didn't catch the games last night. But seems like they were good results though.
Balotelli...I wonder how long he's going to last here. I suspect he might get shipped out if he doesn't play to his potential. It's also not as if Mancini doesn't know what his character is like either, is it?
Hargreaves: really? Blimey. If he's fit and match ready that would be good, but...could be another false dawn.

Ah...poor diddums. (Has to be said in a talking-to-babies sort of voice.)
I would definitely have to go with comical myself.

If Hargreaves plays and lasts more than 20 minutes I'm going to claim its better than winning the treble. Cause I'm odd like that.
Anyone get the impression that Balotelli might be retarded? Theres clearly something very wrong with him.
All PES games are scripted. They have actually admitted it now. FIFA is just as bad this last few years where you know the CPU is going to score and theres not a damn thing you can do about it. Its a bit like being raped but not as traumatic.
Now that you mention pro-wrestling OBaka I'd like to go back to Sir Alex's ban and suggest that all interviews be done in the style of early 90's WWF promo's. Preferably in the style of The Ultimate Warrior. Warning these videos may change your life...

I reckon Hodgson would still be at Liverpool if he had just painted his face and embraced the power of the Warrior.
In other almost as mental news, Mad Jens Lehmann is back. If he doesn't do something utterly mental before he goes again I'm going to be very disapointed.

I like the idea of interviews on MOTD being like those promos. Maybe when Redknapp is giving an interview the other manager walks in and then just...I don't know...something typical in wrestling interviews.
PES: ah...it's been a while since I picked any game up after leaving my PS2 behind. The new games released for the then new consoles were atrocious and put me off the series. Nothing about the games felt right after that and the demos I tried didn't do anything to persuade me otherwise.
Lehmann: gee, I bet Almunia is really glad to have him back.

I could swear Lehmann went on an angry rant either just before or after he left the first time calling Almunia sh*t and claiming that he hated him. He must be a nightmare to train with.

Ok been watching Match of the Day and watching Ferguson in the stands pulling out a telephone from nowhere whenever something happened to his players or well just in general was hilarious. More entertaining to see him there than on the pitch although I'm pretty sure his ban will end after the next game or two.

When things are at their worst, Almunia is always there to take it to another level.
