Didn't that go horribly wrong when Phil Brown tried it? I heard somewhere that Sir Alex insists on half time jaffa cakes, apparently they are full of energy. Bet they all eat something weird these days though like those lucozade bars, I tried one once and it was beyond minging. I've always wondered about those lucozade bottles they have, is it actually lucozade in them? If so then wouldn't pouring it on your head and face leave you all sticky? And why spit it out? Whats the point in that?

Maybe it's too let kids know that drinking too much of the stuff may increase your chances of developing diabetes. And ooooo....Jaffa cakes.

Ah...yes. Phil Brown's half time team talk on the pitch. That was quite a sight. And Jimmy Bullard's inspired celebration.

EDIT: I don't recall the half time orange in that team talk though. Oh well, not that it matters.

Maybe thats why that team talk went so horribly wrong, he forgot the oranges.

Sky are giving Norwich the big build up for tomorrow night, squeaky bum time. Also Gary Neville is taking over pundit and commentator duties next season, I cannot wait!!

I've enjoyed 'Arry squirming on sky sports news all day today talking about Lennon saying he has no problem with the boy and how he could never have played him, because what if he collapsed? Well then why was he on the teamsheet in the first place? He clearly intended to play him. And why would 'Arry be the one holding the grudge and saying he has no problem? It was Lennon who was made the scapegoat and refused to take it. Watching him squirm was poetic.

Certainly is....if we can bag it tomorrow I think we will go on from there....but our next 3 games are pretty big.....Watford and Millwall after Swansea....

Followed by the derby.....

Gary....SSN.......oh dear......

Arry....agree fully lol

Would be interesting to see Norwich go up (I know enough people who aren't into football talking about the 6-0 win last week); cue...parade time again. Personally satisfied that we'll finish above Ipswich.

Oi..me Jaffas! *Goes to get something else to eat*

'Arry squirming. *Heh* He does have a way of alienating players though does 'Arry. Now all he needs to do is give a Phil Brown style half time team talk on the pitch...

I personally can't wait until he is England manager. I've never met anyone outside the media who actually likes the man, he really is a nasty odious piece of work.

Looks like Norwich are setting themselves up for some late drama....

Pity Houlahan pulled out, he's looked a player any time I've seen him.

I've been garanteeing people since yesterday that Berbatov would score the winner today, should have went to the bloody bookies.

Reading beating Forest means they're currently 5th in the table and Millwall beating Leeds means they're within a shot of getting into the playoff zone. Would be interesting to see how the Norwich game plays out. This is gonna be a tight playoff.

Didn't see United Druss, had a feeling we'd rely on Berba to get one since Rooney's ban. And I fear we're going to lose Big Mick from the Premier League after all. *sniffs*

I've somehow contrived to miss both goals in this match. Theres a man named Ashley Williams playing, he doesn't strike me as an angry space mexican though.

Didn't see it either Sparroww, will wait for the highlights. I read Nani was excellent again though. Its great having those options up top, it reminds me of 1999. We even have Micky Owen there if we need him, something tells me hes got a big goal in him. I heard rumours that we are offering Hargreaves a new contract as his knee problems have cleared up and its just the shoulder injury thats keeping him out.

Big Mick will probably have to settle for sexing up the Championship next year. Thats whay Ruud Guillet meant when he talked about sexy football.

Ohhh...not good at all........but:

we have gained 20 points this season in the last 10 minutes of games. I'm hoping we get a quick goal start of the second.....if we can level it up...I think they will collapse and be demoralised....

we are the late game specialists this season......fingers crossed.

As for Big Mick...sexy football lmao....

Simeon Jackson is coming on so it might unsettle Swansea a bit.

Why has more not been made of Charlie Adam's freekick from a couple of weeks ago? That was absolutely brilliant and if Beckham or Rooney had scored it people would be raving. It was a perfect freekick.

Wey hey give us your autograph. This is your first step towards joining Gary Neville next year in the commentary box.

Norwich are doing well up until about 35 yards from goal then they keep giving the ball away.

Answered your own question Druss, generally everyone would talk about it if it was Rooney. But there's people (mainly old timers and other undesirable folk in pubs near me) that have no clue who Adam is much less know that Blackpool are in the Premier League.

EDIT: lol at Auto's e-mail! B)

I thought that was destined for the net!

I like how you equate old timers with undesirables, Sparroww lol. Damn the aged! Be interesting to see next year how Adam does for either a big team or Liverpool.

Ugh you don't wanna know Druss, I actually avoid going pubs on weekends well especially the local ones meaning I have to bus it for a chance to find somewhere decent. Some people are just too stubborn to have a straightforward conversation with.

Like how you separated 'big teams' and Liverpool lol. Wouldn't mind seeing us sign him tbh.

I think Adam be average at best personally. Sure he talanted lad, but he almost a big fish at Blackpool isn't he.....

And would it be wrong right now to say I think I was the only person to email in at half time? lmao.....poor guy...he must have been thinking..."please...someone email me to say they watching this live text commentary" lmao

If Norwich equalize in the next 15 minutes Auto then I think you should be proud you were the only one to e-mail in with your wisdom lol

I dunno about Adam, he looks to me like he has some great attributes and a wonderful left foot but he lacks pace and might be found wanting at the highest level. Wouldn't mind us signing him if he was cheap and not our only midfield signing. Be interesting to see what happens with him.

There's a reason I seperated them Sparrow ;) I know what you mean about local pubs, I usually travel 80 miles when I'm heading out. Its just not worth the cash or time round here.

I'd say it might be more likely that you sent the only coherent email written in actual English Auto lol.

Swansea's keeper has made some great saves this half.

Rotten shame about the result, but we're still in with a shout.
