Haha. I miss his ongoing feud with Oliver Kahn, that was as funny as it was undignified.

I reckon they should be docked the points.... if they broke the rules then it is a deduction no doubt. those are THE RULES.

LMAO!

I log on here and find myself looking at more Norwich banners than I ever expected to see in one place. Whats going on with the world?

QPR are up. It seems theres a good chance Millwall and West Ham will be in the same division next year. I don't see that as a good thing. Well West Ham being relegated is but not them meeting Millwall twice a year.

EDIT: Having just seen the starting line ups for the Chelsea match I now fancy Spurs to nick it tonight. Chelsea look like they are playing a 4-4-2 with Lampard in the middle. Spurs to nick it with Pavlyuchenko scoring the winner. ;) Monsta. Monsta!

The Norwich army in full effect here on this thread it would seem lol

QPR win at Watford and it would seem the playoff's are set in stone thanks to Forest's thrashing of Scunny. Gonna be an interesting next week with the FA hearing and the final games to decide 2nd place.

Back in the PL I'm hoping Spur's put a dent into Chelsea's chances of catching us up, would make our game with Arsenal less worrying tomorrow.

EDIT: What Druss said.

No fan of either team tbh, so I'll root for a Spurs win, just for you guys :)

And yes, Girchou was shaming me, so made my own banner :)

I should point out that I'm occassionally wrong. I know its hard to believe but it has happened before.

Its that time of the year that seperates the men from the boys and puts hair on your chest. It never seems to seperate Fernando Torres from looking like a teenage girl though...

Whats that word on the left side of it Auto? "The B..."

Ah I see. I can see Paul Lamberts head being photoshopped onto the Illusive Man's body working quite well.

What an effort by Drogba. Hit the bar from a freekick.

Norwich as Cerberus; the good guys in the Championship (ME2), now enemies in the Premiership (ME3). Works for me lol

Don't have Sky Sports Druss, that good?

From about 35 yards bending volley right into the top corner. Think Rooney against Newcastle from a few years ago. It may have deflected off Modric though.

United to win with the Elephant Boy Wayne Rooney striking.

Chelsea have just been awarded a goal that didn't cross the line. Gomez spilled a Lampard shot from about 6 yards and part of the ball rolled over the line but not all of it, right though his arms and legs it went. Initially it didn't seem to be given, then the linesman gave it despite not being anywhere near in line with it, theres no way he can see if it crossed the line and yet gave it despite not being sure. Ridiculous.

Hehe....plenty of those happened over the years Druss, remember Carroll's blunder lol....

But, yet another case for goal line tech isn't it?

What are you talking about? That never crossed the line Auto, Carroll saved it. :P

It is indeed, you can't fault the linesman for not being on the line with it, it was 30 yard shot and no one is that fast. They need technology for these things, sky cleared up wether it crossed the line in a matter of seconds. Wait til you see match of the day, it was a Massimo Taibi incident from Gomez.

Lmao.....one of those incidents eh?

What annoys me is the excuse of goal line tech 'interupting' play......how long was the game stopped for while that was sorted out?

I bet for a lot longer than if the ref just consulted the fourth official who was watching a replay.....

What next for Chelsea, a Torres hat-trick...

First instinct would've been to disallow it if you didn't get a good look at it, but then this is what the technology is for; to make up for what the linesmen don't see.

Exactly. Play was stopped for a good 30 seconds while no one seemed to know what was happening, then there was the Chelsea players charging at the ref followed by the Spurs players charging at him. A minute or so. While it was all going on Sky showed the replay from several angles and Alan Smith confirmed it didn't cross the line. How how would it be for the 4th official to look at a monitor and relay the message to the ref? It works in ice hockey where its even harder to see the puck.

Works in many sports Druss.....and they all get along with it, no one complains, and ultimately, its always the correct decision....

I wouldn't say its always accurate, how often even after a replay do we still see people unable to make up their minds? Sometimes its still hard to tell. But its still alot more reliable than going on a linesmans guess work. Offsides is another one I've never been able to understand, how can you expect one human being to look at both the moment the ball is being played and wether the reciever is actually offside? Its impossible
