In the days to call, which we have left behind,
Our boyhood’s glorious game,
And our youthful vigour has declined
With its mirth and its lonesome end;
You will think of the time, the happy time,
Its memories fond recall
When in the bloom of your youthful prime
We’ve kept upon the ball
Kick off, throw in, have a little scrimmage,
Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die;
On the ball, City, never mind the danger,
Steady on, now’s your chance,
Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal.
Let all tonight then drink with me
To the football game we love,
And wish it may successful be
And in one grand united toast
Join player, game and song
And fondly pledge your pride and toast
Success to the City club.
Kick off, throw in, have a little scrimmage,
Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die;
On the ball, City, never mind the danger,
Steady on, now’s your chance,
Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal.

norwich all the way baaay beee! ok ok, well auto congrats mate, you have been a norwich fan im guessing through the thick and the thin, and its time to party! we are going up, up, UP!

they are brushing off the mourinho comments?! well, it will be interesting to see how they handle it. a week later now and it seems like his words were really more venting and deflecting attention after the loss then anything else, really.

the sound of us managing a team has got a good ring to it, you know! i'm going to write some athletic managers at some universities over here and tell them that there are some LEGENDARY managers on the other side of the water looking to coach over here. after winning some trophies and really getting to hone our craft, all the doors will be open, imagine it!

....its not everyday that your team gets promoted :D

Actually it would seem I misheard the disciplinary issue on Barcelona and Real; their complaints about each other were dismissed but UEFA's own charges are still to be investigated.

Will be in town later to see what the atmosphere is like after gaining promotion. If there's a parade I'm going to miss it (I be a sad bunny).

Also...the QPR thing should now prove interesting. Heard that it could delay the play-offs as well. In which case, what was the FA playing at delaying this for so long as it could effect four other teams?

Thought they wanted hearing before final game so the play off's were not affected?

But yeah, this started last Sept, so delaying till not is odd, 6 month investigation? Ahh well, irrelevent to us now, we are up regardless of what happenes to QPR, so we did it on merit alone :)

And in town...miss party? You actually in Norwich OBaka?

Yip they just dismissed the b*tching complaints because they are being called up on disciplinary hearing on Friday anyway. Though Real now accusing Barca of racist abuse may throw up a new slant on things. Retards the whole lot of them. Tonight will be interesting.

Take a camera with you OBaka, we will need pics of the cheerleaders so we can judge the quality now. ;)

I don't think delaying it was ever going to help them get it done before the play offs, if they dock points and QPR end up in play off spots then appeal it was always going to run into the play offs. I think they will dock enough points to leave them second rather that first. Is there much financial difference does anyone know?

Cardiff right now would just love there to be a deduction made on QPR, and if I had to back someone to win the playoff's at the moment then Cardiff is my pick and should deserve a promotion at least.

I dunno bout Cardiff, they bottled it last night and might not recover from that.

Fletcher is back in the squad tomorrow night for us but Rooney is out with a tight hamstring. They have also anounced that Howard Webb will referee on Sunday, which strikes me as odd because it opens it up for managers to put pressure on him or teams to try and bribe him. Heard rumours the FA are investigated Sir Alex's comments on Sunday that we don't get decisions in big games.

Not actually bothered who wins the playoffs as such, but will be keeping an eye on proceedings. And yeah, I live close enough to the city. Don't think I'll see the parade unless they go past though. I'll see what I can do about the camera though....:D

Thing is...if QPR do get docked points...we get crowned as champions.

Do feel a bit for the other clubs waiting to see what the punishment will be for QPR though, especially those in the playoff places...which, I'm sure Druss will be pleased, Leeds seems to have missed out on (and the space-time continuum is safe).

Be interesting to see what happens with Cardiff with Swansea right on their tails; and combine that with QPR's possible situation...well....soap opera type shenanigans as far as I'm concerned.

Was wondering whether the FA would have something to say about Ferguson's latest comments. One thing is certain though, do not express your opinion with regards to refereeing decisions. With that they also take away the more interesting part of the interviews as far as I am concerned.

Damnit OBaka....if there no parade then hire some attractive young ladies to pose for you.....we need pictures! (Or Druss does....)

If QPR are docked 10 points hypothetically you'd have them, Swansea and Cardiff battling for 2nd place on Saturday, Norwich are still promoted either way.

As for Ferguson's comments well don't expect managers to not say anything if a big decision doesn't go their way, IMO some manager's have a right to express their opinion if they feel they should do and punishment can be quite harsh sometimes. But admittedly I don't exactly know how the FA, FIFA, UEFA etc work so my opinion on that is uninformed.

It is starting to get to the point where you can barely say anything without someone at the FA involving themself.

Seriously, 20 years ago, manager said, whats the ref doing, Stevie Wonder could do a better job....no one would care would they?

Pretty soon the FA start charging clubs because their fans call the ref a wan***

I'd settle for a half decent MILF to be fair...

The problem is half the interviewers only want to know about refereeing decisions. He was answering a question about refereeing decisions what do they want him to say? Its not like he went on a mad rant talking about a conspiracy involving UNICEF...

FA only seem to involve themselves when the media kick up a fuss and since United stories sell papers...

I don't think Leeds can make it now hehehe...*texts* Well they are 3 points behind Forest but Forest's goal difference is +6 better so they need to take a hammering and Leeds need to beat QPR by a big scoreline. Can't see it happening.

I fancy Reading for the playoffs.

They are currently showing a history of Norwich on SSN possibly to show Chelsea fans who they are. It involves alot of angry looking men in yellow shirts staring into the distance.

And that last bit would probably get us docked points in the future. Or something. I wonder if we can also use 'even my grandma could have scored from there!' type comments.

Anyway...in honour of the perennial also-rans I will declare that if Norwich buy X, Y, and Z then we will stay in the Premier League.

Aye men in the stands staring off at an unknown object looking broken and angry, Auto. Ofcourse it was featured, seemingly the only other highlight was Mark Robins once scoring against Arsenal.

Has Arsene Wenger lost his mind? He seems to be heading for an argument with Stuart Pearce.

Stuart Pearce: the man who tried to run off a broken leg.

Leeds seem to be up to something dodgy. After all the inquests into who owned them they are now anouncing that its Ken Bates their chairman. Something about this seems fishy to me.
