Still going out at the moment though, as Real need to win by two goals.

Barcelona in the final then. How do the Man Utd supporters think that match will go seeing that Man Utd should go through tomorrow?

God knows, with a fully fit team and a bit of luck we can beat them. Wouldn't say I'm confident of it but not dreading it either.

One of the best team I've seen in 47 years! but they really don't need that extra player with the whistle in his mouth! That first Real Madrid goal was 100% legal and, aw man, when the ref is stupid they are stupid big time!!!

Wonder if Mourinho would want to comment on that then. I'll have to catch the highlights tomorrow night to see.

Oh yeah, FIFA are opening up applications for testing goal-line tech. Wonder if it will be used though.

It was rightly ruled out. Well not rightly but it was a 50-50 and up to the individual ref. Ronaldo fell and when he rolled he clipped Mascheranos ankles tripping him. Accidental but still impeded Mascherano, the ref blew the whistle long before the ball got put in the net. If the ref really favoured them then Real would have been down to 8 or 9 men.

The goal line technology story. They apparently want it to be 100% accurate which I don't think your going to get. Even with all the camera's in grounds these days they can't say its 100% accurate. Maybe someone can do it but to me it seems like FIFA trying to doge the issue.

What about the priiiiiiize?

The ridiculous prices for average players is pricing most teams out of the market. Its not even like Norwich are that small of a team. But when people like Andy Carroll are going for £35m how can teams compete? Even we are being priced out of alot of deals.

Hernandez is considered a bargain at £6m. Thats nuts.

Hedging their bets eh?

35 million for Andy Caroll kinda shows how desperate Liverpool are for success. Though I think a bit like Torres it may take til next season to really prove whether he is worth the money splashed out for him.

And I thought Mourinho was a hypocrit...

What the hell is Kirstie Gallagher doing back on SSN? She doesn't even seem to have aged, I'm confused.

Yeah that was a desperation price indeed Sparroww....

On what druss said, I'm just wondering if City are starting the mind games early....when we start to go in for players, they havre advance warning were skint, so don't bother coming back wit a ridiculous fee lol....

As for the playing safe, I agree in principle, but even getting there is worth 40+ million....that would clear our debts as a club and still leave Lambert 10+ to play with....

A few years ago £10m would have got you a few decent players, now it might get you a few championship players and hope for the best. I blame Man City and Real Madrid for the stupidity. A few loan signings from the likes of United and Arsenal will no doubt help though. Who owns QPR now? Is it still that racing guy?

She was hot though, thats normally enough to cover up awfulness. Georgie was on the lunch time shift and I thought something was up. I wasn't expecting the prototype for todays female presenters to return. I think that might be one of the 7 signs of the apocalypse too.

She still is quite hot imo Druss.....

And yeah....10 mill not a great deal....but could perhaps use that as incentives for teams like Arsenal or Utd to send a few players our way....

I'm actually hoping we can strike a deal to get Lansbury on loan again for the season if Wenger has no immediate use for him.

@Sparroww...lmao....

No thats just when you need to be careful. Also people are often very quiet so they have more chance of hearing your wise cracks and insults. Another tip: if your at a catholic funeral and the priest starts going on about Jesus rising from the dead after three days, try not to freak out. I thought he was a necromancer the first time I heard it...

I'm starting to get nervous about tonight. We appear to be planning on resting players and Schalke shouldn't be taken lightly.

She is still very hot Auto. She doesn't seem to have aged though, I think she might be a witch.

It wouldn't be the first time. Theres talk of Owen and Berbatov starting up front. Berbatov I have no problem with but Owen can't be match fit, he doesn't even play in the reserves, even when he is match fit he doesn't do a whole lot. Its coming across as a Carling Cup tie.

Owen is match fit Druss......remember....he is 100% perfectly A-OK....and in fine fettle....

Dr Nikolas Van Helsing said so himself when he was talking to JJ and The Blimp.

Besides, with charm, charisma, determination...oh...and the good looks...who needs match fitness? :P

Good point. If he hands out his pamphlet to the defenders before the match we will be grand. They don't even need to be able to read English, that picture of him on page 5 would do the trick.

I think Paul Scholes should get one done too. He can describe himself as young, dynamic, an enthusiastic tackler, team orientated and golden haired.
