He was tipped for big things a few years ago but I think he picked up alot of long term injuries and ended up spending alot of time on loan trying to regain fitness.

if he comes to norwich with that hunger, you never know what can happen. he is young, so if he comes with the desire to do well, then no doubt he will make an impact

Aye been on loan a lot last couple of seasons....
still...I always rated him myself; when he has played....he was a little hit and miss this season..but then he was at 3 clubs I believe.....
Hopefully..if he keeps jis fitness, might turn out to be an interesting purchase.

£2.5m could work out as a bargain.
I'm getting nervous about tomorrow night. Vidic's last minute header can't come soon enough.

from serie a, i kind of like how high the volley goes up before going in http://bit.ly/ihANRk
we are only a few hours away now from the final, so lets get in some videos. do you remember messi's great goal against madrid in the first leg? http://bit.ly/jRU6Vo well, they recreate it here against sheep http://bit.ly/kfUzXp (there are others on the right
and if anybody understands spanish, this video is of a guy trying to sell two genuine tickets to the final for 10 euros each, except nobody wants to buy them. http://bit.ly/iDHhaD (i bet they're kicking themselves right now!)

Strange that Berbatov didn't even make the squad yet Owen did. I don't think I've ever been this nervous before a game. I don't usually get nerves, it must be old age.

I've just tuned in Druss, Berba not even made it onto the bench? Wow. Just wow. Done a cheeky bet today; Utd to win 2-1 but Messi to score first for Barca.
Can kinda sense Barca will get the first goal, but I can see United get the equalizer before end of first half and a late winner in 85th minute. Damn I'm starting to get butterflies too just typing this.

What price did you get on that Sparroww? I did a few goalscorer and scorecast bets. Sky Bet are offering money back if Rooney or Messi score. Big one I'm hoping for is Vidic to score first and United to win 1-0 at 155/1.
I'm assuming Berbatov must be injured or looking nervy or something.

Did it at Ladbrokes in shop, £5 at 66/1. Vidic odds are interesting to say the least.
Anyway there's a game to watch, go on Utd!

As woeful and outclassed as United were...did Barca really need to be given every single refereeing decision for the last 20 minutes? I think we got 1 freekick and that was only because he couldn't find a way to give it to Barca. Jesus Valencia got tripped and the freekick went to Barca. Wouldn't have made much difference but it was annoying as hell.

The David Villa handball in the box was a big shout that went ignored, will need to see another replay of that one, and yeah felt one-sided both with the way Barca played and the decisions that went their way.

Don't think it was a penalty, Villa's hand was at his side when the ball hit it. I've seen them given but it would have been harsh.

That was no hand-ball; Villa had his arm next to his body and even tried to take it out of the way.
There was a similar moment in the first half when Utd got away - Vidic I recall; wasn't hand-ball either.

It would have been nice if Van der Sar could quit winning the CL, but Barca is just the best team there is.. with or without help of the ref.
And Apple Pie (Affelay) got a minute in the final:P, no one here expected that when he went to Barca..
I want a piece of that goal too!

Wow... c'mon guys... that's one of the best teams ever! One that in 50 years will be remembered together with Real Madrid of Puskas, Santos of Pele, Ajax of Cruiff... history in the making!

Pelvic thrusting is your job!
I'll contribute next year, if someone organizes a pool for the European cup
