I am unable to continue with the installation Mass Effect because the key that came with the case is invalid. I bought the game brand new and sealed on eBay. How is this possible? I already contacted EA about this. 

Funny thing is: I have the European version of the game. lol

You need to report the seller to eBay for repackaging a used product and misreprresenting it as new.
