I lost my internet connection over the weekend.  while it was down i was unable to play many Xbox 360 games with DLC.  Does DLC require connection to the internet or is my DLC actually corrupted like it says?

any particular reason for this?  i bought it, i signed into my 360 with the gamertag i purchased the DLC with, but i cannot use it.  what happens if i have to give up the internet?

if it matters, when i transfered what i could to a new 360 slim i used the download history through XBL to redownload all of the DLC i purchased.  if i use the game (ME, ME2, DAO) will i be able to use the DLC without the internet?

When you redownloaded your old dlc, did you first transfer your licenses to your new Xbox? (If you didn't know, when you purchase something from Xbox Live, that content is tied to both your gamertag and your console.)
