Using the GiveItem command, I can force-equip armors onto teammates.  However, I don't know how to do so to myself, all I can do there is use "self" as the target and put it in my inventory, which doesn't help since I can't equip the armor that way.  Using Target is no use, since I can't target myself.

GiveItem string nmActor int nSophistication string
nmItemLabel string nmManufacturer

What do I use for nmActor to make it directly equip onto Shepard since I can't target myself?
