A Special Shout Out to NATHAN WILLIS!   I would like to Thank You for monitoring the PC forum Threads and responding to the ones indicating problems with the new patch!   When ever a new Patch is released or for that matter anything new is released, there always seem to be a few hiccups along the way.  The problems only fester and get out of control quickly when no one in a position of authority from BioWare is around to quell the unrest.  A perfect example of that is happening today with the new PC Patch 1.04.  Your monitoring of the threads and offering help and insight has been a perfect 10 in my book and I would just like to take a moment and say Thanks.  We in the forums, for what ever reason, are quick to criticize, but slow to non existent in the Thank You department.  In that regard, I would like to say Thank You!  Your input and help is Welcome and is very appreciated!  Hopefully others will chime in and concur!

made my day. Thanks, I'm glad that I've helped out somewhat. I'll do my best to keep monitoring all this week (with clearance from my higher-ups) to try and deal with any concerns arising out of this patch. Until then, have a good evening!

r.e. clearance, well normally I try and keep tabs on things anyway, but my usual job does not involve regularly monitoring the forums. =) Normally these forums are for community support only (specifically tech support) but I'm happy to help out however I can for as long as I can.

Well im glad someone does, so, thanks very very much for that. When I had issues with Mass Effect 2, help was not to be had at all.

Come on Folks, 240 views and 7 replies, of which 3 are mine. This guy has taken the time to do what no one else has done, that being offering help when the patch 1.04 was released. So come on everyone, if you view this thread, just throw on a "Quick Reply", doesn't have to be anything spectacular, just a quick word or two would do.
