What was in Keiji's gray box? All I saw at the end of Kasumi's mission were a bunch of pictures, with some that looked like images from the Prothean vision (I think...).

Keiji's memories of Kasumi and himself... plus a big secret that could have dire consequences for the alliance? humans? (I can't recall specifically) which is interlaced in those memories unlockable by a key which only Kasumi has in her own gray box.

Opening the box is very heavy risk, after all.

The recipe (the one that belonged to Kasumi's grandmother)  for making good ramen.

I wonder if googling what "futanari" is would be worth the risk...

Well I was thinking about this as well. At a similar time I was also thinking of Cerberus.

Cerberus - is a mythical three headed dog that guards the gates to Hades.

Seeing as Cerberus was a black ops section from the Alliance military and that Cerberus has three heads, we know that the Illusive Man is one head so doesn't it stand to reason that the other two are still part of the Alliance miltary?

Maybe the greybox had info on this which would certainly harm the Alliance's reputation.

The Cerberus metaphor may refer to the 3 divisions of Cerberus being Political, Scientific, and Military.

Cerberus is the guardian of the underworld, and the organization was created to protect humanity from any alien threats that came through the Charon (who in Greek Mythlology escorted the dead across the River Styx) relay.

True I suppose, it still made me think that are they guarding something other than just human interests or are human interests something that  are worse than we could imagine?  i.e. human interests are the gates to Hades.

Hmm, there's that too I guess... maybe I should have looked a little deeper.

There still may be a link between the Illusive Man and the Alliance military though. *shrugs*

It's very similar to the data you get on Cerberus in ME 1 and also in ME 2 when you try to rescue the Cerberus agent. In ME 2 you can keep the Cerberus data, give it to the Alliance or give it to Cerberus. All this encrypted data floating about and we can't look at any of it. :)

Well Keiji did say the information could implicate the Alliance in a bad way. So I think you're on to something. We also know Cerberus was part of the Alliance and I still think "they went rogue" is only the official story, no different than the Council pretending the Reapers don't exist. They say this to avoid mass hysteria and the Alliance says Cerberus is no longer affiliated with it so Cerberus actions don't come back on them. Come back later, we need more time to come to a consensus.

P.S.
