Since Flemeth will be helping Hawke and might be able to join your party, it is hope and hinted that morrigan will make a return. Will be she playable, npc, or not in the game?

I don't think she would come back as a companion. If you chose to do the dark ritual or if it's canon she would have a little god baby to care for. I would imagine that she will turn up one way or another though, at least for a cameo. Or maybe Flemeth will fill you in, I'm sure she's been keeping tabs on Morrigan.
