I found the helmet by trading that mad hermit in the forest, and the body armor in the werefolk's ruins, but have no idea where the guantlets or boots are. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The gauntlets are in the ruin that lead to the sacred ashes urn... the boots have no clue didnt find them

The boots are in pre-destroyed Lotherin, in a locked cabinet accessed by asking a templar there. If you didn't get any treaties signed, the Blight won't have reached it yet.

Yeah, it's not an amazing armor, but it is one of the better ones I have found so far, and it's my favorite as of yet in the looks department.
