Hey, as soon as the patch finished and I tried to run Dragon Age Origins:Awakening it gave me this "Steam Game Launched failed, Dragon Age: Origins failed to start (error code 77)" . Looked over a couple forums and haven't found this anywhere yet. Also it does the same error for both Awakening and the original when I try to run them.

I had that problem also. I rebooted, steam did another ca. 21MB download and after that it worked fine.

Rebooted a couple times and nothing and its still doing the same error. =(

Hello, I don't have much information related to steam error codes but a quick google search has yielded the following thread on a steampowered.com forum regarding error code 77 here.

Perhaps give those suggestions a shot?

tried it and it looked like it was going to work and then after I did that process it told me that the game is unavailable. So i restarted steam and it still said it and then i restarted computer and now its back to error code again. Go patch lol. Gonna try it once more. Thanks for advice Nathan, was promising.

Second time I did it, after all that other stuff, it worked. Thank you =)
