Can anyone think of the most creative/horrible way of downing these chumps, without losing reputation?

You don't lose reputation for killing neeber/noober. You can kill them any way you want and your reputation will be unaffected.

Polymorph Other is nice. Of course, that leaves you with a hostile squirrel scurrying about. Cone of Cold, Flesh to Stone and Disintegrate are fun too. Noober/Neeber vs big, angry fiend can provide some brief amusement as well.

The other imaginative way is to lead him towards a certain grave which upon attacking it, results in a fireball plus a number of warriors. (I think that they are phoenix guards but I could be wrong).
One additional benefit is that you get back Prism's emeralds from Oublek if he gets caught by the blast as well.
Charming Noober and Oublek and attacking assassins with them is similarly advantageous.Posted Image

Similarly, you could charm Neeber and attack the animals with him. Posted Image

You what? Why would you want to kill such a charming and talkative NPC?

H_T, there is a concept called "wearing out your welcome". Neeber/Noober were doing fine with us for the first 3-4 questions/statements. After that 5th statement, well...

Everyone in town used to throw rocks at me and tell me I was annoying. I
once knew this guy named Dilby. He threw rocks at me too. Are you gonna
throw rocks at me? What about now?

Well, because I sure am patient, perhaps you'll run out of things to say. Posted Image

At least if I'm nice to Neeber, he gives me some of them. Quite handy!

I actually tried the Pit Fiend strategy once, but the problem is he goes on to kill pretty much every citizen in the area.

I would love to add a tiny script to the game that bumps your reputation up if you kill Nee/oober :-D For the good of all?

I'd install it. Best mod idea ever, really.

Who is Neeber? Has Noober got a twin walking around somewhere in the SwordCoast that I haven't met yet?

You will meet him in Shadows of Amn.
