 Hello Bioware team,
I've just bought RtO for the mac. I downloaded the dmg file and found that it doesn't open. I get "file not known " error message.
Are you going to fix it?

Uhm, the file seems to be empty. 144MB of NUL bytes...

This. My download seemed to stop as it got close to the end, and gave me a message that the .dmg file had failed to mount. On my third try now.

QA is currently looking at the issue and we will resolve the problem as soon as we can. I'll post updates as I get them.

Hello again,



The issue is now resolved - you will need to return to the Registerd Game Promotions page ( http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php ) and redownload the content as we have now posted it as a TGZ file instead of a DMG file.



This change will take another 15 minutes to propagate into the online store, so new purchasers in this window will also need to follow the above step.
