Hey, i made a new elven mage. And i went into the harrowing at the
beggining of the story and i met mouse and everything. and then i went
to the sloth and turned mouse into a bear. and then after the harrowing
was done, i looked in my stats and i saw i was level 2 and already had
the shapeshifting specialization unlocked. does this mean that i wont
get a specialization point at level 7? Should i restart and not ask the
sloth to turn him into a bear? or is this part of the game and im
SUPPOSED to have the shape-shifting specialization unlocked.

you only have to unlock specilizations once they carry through all play throughs. so just keep going you'll get you spec point at 7. now you just do not have to ask Morrigan to teach you to do it.

You must've unlocked it in a previous play through.



As for "mouse" turning into a bear, that's part of the story and doesn't have anything to do with the shapeshifter spec.

Is too easy to me: for example you can buy the book for the healer specialization, read it, take the specialization...........reload the game, and et voilà, the specialization is still unlocked and you can save the money, bad choice bioware!



i do not understand: my Sten is a 13 level warrior and still no have point of specialization, Leliana is a 13 level thief and have 1 and can choose between Assassin and duelist (!!!!), this is my first game play and never met with the people who can teach the specialization!

It's a mistery or not?

Sten only gets 1 spec point at 14.



the assassin is an encounter after your first completed seeking ally quest.



the duelist is in Denerim.
