Which of the Loyalty Quests can result in the member not being loyal?
I know Zaeed and Tali can, but does everyone else just automatically become loyal regardless of your choice?

There are no loyalty quests in ME1.

Well, there kinda is for Garrus/Wrex/Tali. Not really "loyalty", but sure enough they do have an impact later in the series.caradoc2000 wrote...

Wrex's makes him easier to save, Tali's makes her less hostile when you first meet her again in ME2, Garrus's changes his outlook a bit.TruYuri wrote...

Zaeed, Tali, Thane, and Samara come to mind. Miranda, Jack, Tali, and Legion can possibly lose their loyalty after their quests.
