Hi minddead123456, I'm very sorry to hear you've been experiencing recurring crashes. I can't guarantee I can fix the issue for you but I do have a couple things you could try.
The listing of nvd3dum.dll would seem to point to it being NVidia related, somehow. Have you tried disabling SLI and seeing if it still happens? You said you have the latest drivers, but listed the revision as 256 - it's up to 258.96 with the latest driver having just been released on Monday, are you running that? What about your other system drivers and windows update patches? Something else would be if you've tried running the game in a compatibility mode, such as the one for Windows XP and seeing if that makes a difference?
Most concerning is that the crashes have increased in frequency. Have you noticed any instability within any other graphically intense games at all?
