In practice, b and e isn't actually plausible simply because most sticky topics are open for discussion by anyone in the forums. Each individual does, in fact, have an opinion or the topic would not be of interest to them. Good topics ideas or suggestions may not always be all that well organized by the OP, and discussions help to clarify things. Without differences of opinion, you have no discussion.

Most important is that for topics to be considered worthy of stickiness be on topic for the particular forum it is in and has the interest of the community (popularity).

There is already a  Site Rules link on every page you read and these rules are very much the same rules as were presented on the original forums and are concise in explaining in detail each rule. And, are the rules everyone agreed to when signing up for these forums. So, I really don't see a need for a sticky in every topic of every forum to re-iterate those rules in.

Except for the problem of the auto-duplicating backslashes these boards cause, all has been migrated intact and should be accurate for Linux users.

NWN Projects needs more attention

Neverwinter Nights is modded and played to this day.
More and more scripters and modders are trusting the Projects section.
Still there is poor knowledge of it, despite the worthy stuff it hosts.

In the General discussion area, I think the 'welcome NWNers to the new forum' topic should be stickyed. It would make it easily assessable and instances of people introducing themselves wouldn't clutter the forums. At least this is how I feel.
